  • Very informative. I was hoping to find information about that gooey sap that oozes out of the wound (plasma?). This is what my wound has been secreting.

  • NEMISIS1999 - the process at cellular level cannot be speeded up, but a sports physician/physio/therapist can facilitate moving through the phases. I.E. following the PRICER principle to slow the metabolism of the injury, and stop secondary hypoxic injury, and by following the SAID principle once into the proliferation phase again this will facilitate a quicker return to full function
