  • I <3 u Cornmeal

  • so im down in carbondale at the caves a few years back (about 4)...cornmeal is headlining there and im hanging out with my buddy who blows glass, any who were talking with this tall man with long hair and a beard, smoke a few bowls with him. So I ask if he and buddy wanna walk down to watch cornmeal play, they both say yes...we walk down to where they have the stage, he gets on stage...its the banjo player and he laughs his ass off as I look in wonderment haha never miss them at summercamp now!

  • They so Freakin rock! I have seen them with moe. and they blew the Tabernacle up. Allie came out for 32 Things and killed it.

  • Damn, these folks know how to do it!

  • austin tommorow night!

  • That was so cool!

I'm seeing them tomorrow night with Tea Leaf Green.

    A night to remember.

  • I'm still trying to figure out why these guys remain virtually unknown even amongst the jam community yet Yonder is headlining festivals with their watered down brand of bluegrass. Now that Leftover Salmon and String Cheese Incident barely tour anymore, Cornmeal should be foremost on the jamgrass scene.

  • @CrazyFingers75 yonder is massively overated. Would rather see RRE, Greensky, and these guys any time

  • friday . thank god theyre opening for tea leaf green, and not the other way around so i dont have to sit through TLG.

  • these hillbillies can pick...good god they are smokin

  • she could really play that fiddle

  • I feel bad for the drummer......jesus these guys can fly.

  • This is a joke, right?

  • Heard 'em live on our local KDHX "community" radio a few weeks back. Very impressive!

  • I saw Cornmeal at the Fly Me To The Moon Saloon in Telluride and all I can say is WOW, best show ever.

  • @tleman1149 We (my wife and I) saw them at the State Bridge Lodge in CO and I was blown away. Dare I say up to par or better than Yonder? I don't know but it was AWESOME!!!

  • The girl takes it to a new level-i will go out on a limb and say who was string cheese?

  • If you can't have a good time at a cornmeal show you are dead inside!

  • Oh why did you tease us with the ending where they come back out but we did not get to see what they played next?

    How cruel!

    :)

    Love you guys!

  • Talk about "drivin that train", my brain is still goin in circles, i cant catch up with my own thoughts!!!

all my friends been tellin me to go see ya,

now i know what they mean, wow!!!!

    great job guys

    rob

  • The speed these guys can play at just blows me away!

  • i opened for this band once:

    in south bend!!!! theyre great

  • Between these guys and Railroad Earth, no other jamgrass band today really does it for me.

  • what about old crow medicine show? they rock!

  • I agree. Old Crow kicks ass.

  • There are a couple others for me, but these guys are amazing :)

  • @r0llingst0ned : Love em both, you should try listening to Trampled By Turtles

  • I have to second what Jackoroe said. This may be one of the best jam acts to catch live right now. Don't miss the ride.

  • These guys jam longer, better, harder, and deeper than any other bluegrass band out there!

  • I've seen 'em...they played straight through a storm and jammed!!!!!!!! They Rock! Jon Saylor

  • Thank you so much Cornmeal! Amazing show at 10000 lakes festival.

  • ahh 10KLF 07'
