No, u can't put a GF9 on the board, actually u can't put any graphic card that has a big cooler, only if you are NOT using the second pci slot. Just check at 2:55 and u will see why. The space between the pci-ex and pci slots is damn tight.

Best fit for me was only a GF8600, wich is also close to the pci slots, but at least fit in.

I have a 9800 gt on it , but true the other PCI slots will be unreachable. But with PCI express you won't need the other slots.

Is anyone here who managed to update the graphic drivers on this board since 2007? I got the "black screen" issue after updating with the new drivers, is no way so far to work this out.

So if any1 found a solution, pls share.

I just did, the onboard card is so old that nobody makes anymore drivers for it. So I bought a GF 9 series graphic card and guess what... it's impossible to fix it in his slot due the card cooler... the pci express slot is very close to the other 2 pci slot :| So I had to buy an older graphic card, wich is also close to the other slots, but at least fits in.

Thing is.. this board have a very bad design and is very oudated. Maybe was a good one 5+ years ago, but now is a junk..

This board sucks and so does TigerDirect. The board shipped by Tiger "Zebra stripped" due to something improperly soldered on it. Tiger refused to replace the board stating that the problem was probably another piece of hardware. I replaced everything else (RAM, CPU, PSU) and the board still Zebra stripped until multiple OS's. Bought the RAM from Tiger and it too tested bad with Memtest86+. I'd never buy Biostar or TigerDirect again.

you have no idea what makes a motherboard good do you?

do you want more modern motherboard? i guarantee that you can find an equivalently priced motherboard with an AM2+ socket, newer chipset, PCI-e 2.0 slot, and more SATA ports.

do you want two PCI-e slots for multiple graphics cards? since you have the money to throw around, you can get an ATI HD4870X2, which makes multi card solutions unnecessary.
