i think they are playing in c tuning here.....to give you an idea about how to play the riff in standard tuning, play a Bb power chord on the 6th fret, then to a Db on the 4th but add in the 6th string aswell, then back to the Bb on the 6th fret, slide down 2 an Ab on the 4th, then move down to a G, then an F power chord......hope it helped
