You could always make a template out of cardboard or something if you have to re-size multiple shirts. Do the torso and sleeves separately then you can just quickly trace them and not have to worry about moving the shirt when doing the sleeves.

I have an advice for you that could let you do the resize faster, take some random paper, a newspaper is perfect, take a pencil and do with a shirt that fits, the same thing that you do in the video when you draw the dotted lines but on the paper.

And now it's the time to cut the pieces of your awesome paper shirt! Use them the next time to resize your large shirt, that's way faster if you're used to resize the shirts. :D I hope this helps you!!

@Claggy You could always go to a place where they sell super cheap t-shirts that are like 1 color only. Just, nothing fancy.. Just a t-shirt. Get a couple of them in big sizes and practice with those. That way you don't ruin the t-shirt you actually want to resize : ) If you live in the US there's a place called footlocker I think (not from the US, just visited once), and they had 5 t-shirts for.. 10 bucks I think.. Don't quite remember, but super, super cheap.

I use this for concert t-shirts ;p I go to lots of concerts and the Mediums sell out first and smalls are to small so I get large and size it down. thanks for the vid some of the tips are handy! I always have trouble with the sleaves so i have to get my gf to help me with them XD
