Okay, it's totally obvious that the higher notes "nothing" and "forever" are much harder than "on and on". If your voice is having a bad day and you're going for them high notes, it's going to be harder because you're reaching a note that you have to strain your voice for. Celine connects the "my heart will go on and on", this is impressive I think, because she has sang and incredibley hard song, as it goes from soft to hard, it contrasts.
