I've seen Willian play a few times and he really isn't a player who stands out!, he reminds me of Ramires, incredible pace and vision but Chelsea needs more then a player with just a bit of flair... We need a player who turns heads and can creative a masterpiece out of nothing. Players that come to mind are Gotze, Hazard, Eriksen and Canales.

It would be sad to see him leave the prem like it was with Ronaldo, Henry etc. It might not happen but last summer the Barca president (I think) made a comment saying Bale was worth no more than £30 mil. But I feel the problem is more from the midfield/wing area, that they are not more set on getting through the defenders, taking advantage of speed and rushing in with several players. Because of this our strikers have become passive. I feel we are not playing on Torres´strength for example... If the whole team would just play the ball forward faster all the while team running forward too, it would create openings in the opponents defence.
