When a person finds the one they love and are in love with and they decide to marry, it's a beautiful thing. When a person finds the one they love and are in love with but don't marry, it's still beautiful. Marriage is great but isn't for everyone. To those who marry for the right reasons and their marriage lasts, that's SUPER and more power to you. For those who have real love even without marriage, SUPER for you also :-)
I think people should get married after a fairly long relationship. You mentioned beyonce, she spent a long time with Jay z (6 years) before getting married to him so she knows him inside out.
