No recommendations for store bought, with home made the sky's the limit - orange dreamsickle, lemon or orange sherbet, vanilla, strawberry cheesecake, choc chip or choc ice cream/ice milk/gellato - use 0 carb sweetener, heavy cream or half and half plus any low carb fruit or flavorings.
It will be high cal so you have to watch your portion size, but 0 or very low carb so shouldn't spike your insulin levels.
Explore - if you hit on something that tastes amazing - post a vid !!!
Your ice cream recipe inspired me. I made something tonight that is SO yummy! I can't eat it yet. Definitely not P2 so I'll see what the scale says tomorrow after my tasting. It's long though so the details will have to wait. OMG can't wait to see what spins off of these latest ideas. Touche' Delmem! You are da bomb! Keep 'em coming!
I don't drown anything with heavy whipping cream, carb free yes but has a relatively high calorie content. (1/4 cup before whipping about 200 cals) With most things moderation is key, but in small amounts a way to eat something that feels more like a guilty pleasure and yet HWC has a ZERO glycemic load so it won't trigger an insulin response.
You know I'm starting to think you like yanking my chain... lol
And BTW, all it takes to be an expert in the kitchen is imagination -- and you CERTAINLY have enough of that for a dozen people....I would have dinner at your home any time!!
also miracle noodlos no calories...gooddd..

Quite a few people have told me they use the Wasa Crisp and count it as their melba, and their losses are right inline.
