@SpifySavannah it's called a throwing stick. You can get it pretty much at any art supply shop, or if you have some simple tools you could probably make one yourself.
My grandaddy threw some wonderful pots and my grandmother did the slip designs--pottery is a beautiful art---my grandmother also made scultures of animals such as owls and foxes and cats---I still enjoy looking at her sculptures and granddaddy's pottery--beautifully creative stuff. Maybe someday I'll make some pottery and sculptures----
Holy Moses! I've been working w/pottery for over 8 years now and I have never seen anyone throw so beautifully. This is a PROFESSIONAL! He was the best I saw on Youtube.
