This was so epic. I loved how you compared that scenes. Delena will always be in my heart, because she changed him so much without even knowing and he really loves her so deep in his heart. He loved Katherine for 90 years but his love for Elena is so much deeper and I think he will ALWAYS love her. Just like when he said "I will always choose you".

Oh and I pretty much had to laugh at that scene "He kissed Katherine. Not me. I wouldn't do that" -> *Kissing him in the next scene* xD

Remember when Stefan left Damon to rot in a cell in S1, and he believed he was a monster. Instead in 3x08 Damon let his brother out and believed in saving him. He trusts and loves his brother more, and loves Elena just as much! Stefan is not ready get his humanity back for Elena... he will do it for his brother, but Damon did it for Elena... so Delena are meant to be!! ;)
