Steven is this how you do it: elevate the ground and place stuff underground in it and use terrain blocks if Theres any ground in the way which will then make it invisible then you place the walls around the ground and put them on the inside of the line and the outside , and somehow placing a glass wall beside it will make possible to see the inside from an outside POV and u also need to place wall on inside because you will not see the ones on the outside from the inside of you're building

I KNOW HOW HE DID IT!

The reason he didn't go inside the rooms in the flying cam, is because the water is in the rooms! If you move the flat ride you are building to the bottom of a river, lake, ocean etc. it will allow you to build it. If you look out the windows inside the building that contains the coaster at 2:56, THERE IS NO WATER!

He made the video in parts so that it looked real. Ut oh I'm running out of letters so I will finish the comment. Please delete the com. if you don't like it.

@lolsz232 The game was not intended to have under water buildings in it. If you watch the video where the camera is underwater and looking inside the buildings, you can see the rides inside.

@tobyip2009 you're lucky i did some comment scavenging because i'm bored, because i saw no one else commenting. you can make multiple entrances if you choose to build a custom scenario. it works just as well as sandbox but you get some extra features and you could play it as a mission. anyway, go to the menu with coaster creator and stuff, and choose "create new scenario".

Its made by a guy called 0MrENigma0 on youtube. theres landabove the rides and buildings, but you can make it look like theres none. takes a LOOOONG time but its worth it. Hope this helps :)

I think the scenery underwater (outside) could have been better, using those corrals or something, and the custom supports of the coaster could have been better, since they aren't always completely touching the track where they could.

But it was a pretty cool park anyway ;)

It's not custom scenery. They are scaffolding fences that he stacked to make it look like supports. I have done that in the past as well.
