Those involved said the data "closely matched" the plot of the ORB study, with both methodologies indicating 1.2 Million dead by 2007. 48% of those Iraqis having been SHOT dead per the ORB Poll report. Davis I will give you a good example: Bin Laden is not indicted for 9/11 for the same reason why Area 51 is exempt from the law. It is because courts have something called discovery which entitles both sides to ask for almost anything they want. In the case of Area 51, they could ask for things such as info about Roswell or black projects. In the case of Bin Laden they could ask for all info re: methods of gathering intelligence on terrorists. What happens then?
I certainly hope that you get to a point where you can appeal to intellectualism rather than crass antics like urinating on photos in your videos and telling people they will get laid if they protest. Not true, the 2004 tape was authenticated. You can't even figure out which tape you are talking about. The govt. didn't want the 2004 tape broadcast and asked Al Jezeera to withhold it because it was authentic. ReachelMW, we are still in Iraq to insure stability. Regardless of how we got there, if we leave it unstable bad things could happen. Few people realize, after we left Vietnam 1.5 million were killed by the communists and another 5 million were killed by Pol Pot in neighboring Cambodia. If I worked in the Justice Department I would want to indict someone who is likely to get arrested or someone already arrested. He is involved in a war he will not likely get arrested, but probably will fall to a bomb. The only reason he is on the 10 most wanted is to publicize a reward for information on his location until he dies or it is shown he dies.
Also, you are ill informed as to how the court system works. Crimes like conspiracy to commit murder have no statute of limitations. You can indict someone for such crimes after they are arrested. You can even add additional charges right before evidence starts in a trial. Have you heard of the phrase you can "Indict a ham sandwich?" Believe me, indicting him is only symbolic. What is the need when he has already taken credit for it?

There is no point in indicting Bin Laden for 9/11 because he will not be captured. Indictments are done by the Justice Department. What is the point in indicting him now? You can bet if he gets captured he will be indicted for it in addition to the numerous indictments already. Ok, I'll cite some facts on casualties: the BMJ Lancet study said 655,000 Iraqi civilian dead in Oct 06. Those involved said the data "closely matched" the plot of the ORB study, with both methodologies indicating 1.2 Million dead by 2007. 48% of those Iraqis having been SHOT dead per the ORB Poll report. Of the total population, around 50% have been found to be catastrophically affected- displaced/ dead/dead NOK/disabled etc. Google it to verify. What is/was the population of Iraq?

yeah do you remeber a little over a year ago the "mistook" a 93 year old womans house with a crack house. armed un-uniformed police kicked her door in. she feared for her life and shot at them, they then killed her. they said is was just a mixup yet no one was ever held responsible.
they are also abusing the traffic fines, raising ticket prices tremendously to gain revenue. not giving warnings they are using any excuse to write tickets, and they openly admit it.

I've checked it out, as my memory is shocking. That was dear old Kathryn Johnston, God rest her soul. It seems to boil down to a 4th amendment issue, the current lack of a need for cops to "announce"; unless you also want to also consider contentious federal gun laws, (as I would). Davis I will give you a good example: Bin Laden is not indicted for 9/11 for the same reason why Area 51 is exempt from the law. It is because courts have something called discovery which entitles both sides to ask for almost anything they want. In the case of Area 51, they could ask for things such as info about Roswell or black projects. In the case of Bin Laden they could ask for all info re: methods of gathering intelligence on terrorists. What happens then?

Not true, the 2004 tape was authenticated. You can't even figure out which tape you are talking about. The govt. didn't want the 2004 tape broadcast and asked Al Jezeera to withhold it because it was authentic. The one you are talking about and which is the subject of conspiracy theories is the one found in Afghanistan shortly after the invasion. Get some accuracy at least.

If I worked in the Justice Department I would want to indict someone who is likely to get arrested or someone already arrested. He is involved in a war he will not likely get arrested, but probably will fall to a bomb. Also, you are ill informed as to how the court system works. Crimes like conspiracy to commit murder have no statute of limitations. You can indict someone for such crimes after they are arrested. Indictments are done by the Justice Department. What is the point in indicting him now? You can bet if he gets captured he will be indicted for it in addition to the numerous indictments already. Have you not seen criminal cases where a defendant is not charged with an offense until trial. They call that a substituted information.

The reason why 9/11 is not on FBI's most wanted poster is that he has already been indicted for terrorist activities long before. Additional indictments can be tacked on. No problem indicting him given his numerous public statements claiming responsibility for 9/11. Are you suggesting Bin Laden was not responsible for 9/11?

I don't hate Clinton or Bush. I try and run from people who say they hate Clinton or Bush. My thing is that these pied pipers in the so called antiwar movement don't tell people who they are really marching with. This 3/15 protest is organized by a front group for the Communist Party USA and that is why the rhetoric is so bitter. I am a truth seeker not a hater.

Clinton could have had Bin Laden killed and ended the problem 10 or so years ago. Instead Ole Bill got caught with his pants down again and had to use cruise missles to blow up an asprin factory somewhere in Iraq.

I am interested in what sources you are using for this statement because you must be better informed than I. Have we found his body? What date did the Associated Press run a story that he died. Also, are you saying the FBI does not attribute 9/11 to him? He admitted it on his own videos.

Again, if I am wrong, I would like someone to enlighten me. I don't like the fact that I am being asked to follow someone blindly who does not even use his real name and I am not being told who is organizing the 3/15 DC protest. Even if I was antiwar, I would not march in a KKK antiwar protest. Equally, I would not march in a communist party usa protest either which this is because that is who is behind UFPJ.

Thanks, again the group organizing this appears to be United for Peace and Justice and it is well known that it is a front group for the Communist Party USA. What angers me more than anything is that they are dishonest about who they are. The rely on attracting ill informed people. Just do an internet search for Judith LeBlanc, Leslie Cagen and also United for Peace and Justice & Communist and you can see for yourself.

Why does someone have to be on a side. All I am telling you is that you are being led by a pied piper and you are not questioning who is organizing the protest he is advertising. Do a search for Discover the Networks and you can see the radical ties these groups have. I suspect United for Peace and Justice is behind it and they are a communist front group. If I am wrong, please enlighten me, I am all ears.

Seems odd he does not tell you who is organizing the protest doesn't it. It is advertised on the website of United for Peace and Justice. Again UFPJ is a front group for the communist party USA. Last year, Judith Leblanc ran the protest and she was the one from the communist party who greeted Castro when he came to NY. Know who you are marching with and know who is behind these groups. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHO THEY ARE!

If the president acted illegally, what is your excuse for the fact that there is no impeachment? Pelosi has said it is not legally justified and would not succeed. Why? Because there is no evidence to support it. This is all rhetoric. Notice how Iraq body count said 650,000 Iraqi's killed by the US and that has been discredited and found it was funded by George Soros.

His analysis is way too simple. Telling us Bush lied 925 times. Where is your proof that anyone was intentionally misled? Intelligence mistakes have happened in history. Seems funny most democrats agreed with the intelligence analysis of the president and they don't just get their info from the executive branch. Some say FDR received bad intelligence about Pearl Harbor.

It would take a little more than promises of getting laid and cool music to get me to follow this pied piper. For example, has anyone wondered who is funding this effort? Do an internet search for Target of Opportunity and also Discover the Networks. At least those sites will tell you who you are marching with when you affiliate with these groups.

Do you really think he speaks the truth? Seems odd that United for Peace and Justice is led by Leslie Cagen and Judith Leblanc. Do a little research on those names and you will find they are well known communists. ANSWER is led by Brian Becker of the Socialist Workers of the World Party. Code Pink is led by Medea Benjamin who described Castro's Cuba as heaven. I suppose the antiwar leaders don't lie, they just don't tell you who is running the antiwar show.

Bush cuts Heat Energy Assistance Programs for needy citizens, while Chavez allots oil to be given to American families who cannot afford to fill their oil tanks in the winter, people recieve certificates and Citgo delivers 100 gallons of oil-these AMERICAN citizens would be freezing if it was left to our current administration. I'm a college student and I don't support the Iraq war or invasion of any other countries. However, considering college students (18-24 yr. olds), have the lowest voting rate..wouldn't a large turnout of people who haven't seen a dorm room since the Reagan admin. have more impact on Washington?
