This one is made by TEFAL. It was a present but I suspect John Lewis was the source. Suggest you try TEFAL to see if they still sell it. Still works well.
I think people here need to get over themselves, the video maker is not claiming to be cooking a Moroccan meal he is just cooking a meal in a Tajine because it can be done with little water needed.
If you really want to see an expert on Moroccan cuisine then check out mossin karami's Cooking with tagines. At least he's moroccan and a qualified chef!
you dont have to be a moroccan and a qualified chef to make tajine, just like you dont have to be a chinese to make chinese food... just took at Gordon Ramsey and u know what i'm saying.... only the ignorant think this way! Good staf chef!
i agree, im married to a moroccon man that does know how to cook in tajine, im puerto rican and i love the food cooked in tajine and i know my husband will teach me, i can't wait!!! but you dont have to be moroccon, plzzzzzzzzz people.....
what a load of nonsense! that is not an authentic tagine meal! even the tagine is metal when it should be earthenware! you should rename it too english stew in a metal tefal imitation tagine!

try putting the spice powder in first with a little oil to fry off the flavors in the spice mix,
some onions frying off with the spice and oil would make a huge difference to the finished product.

1 MODERN version of Tajine. (listen at beginning)
2 It is a low pressure cooking process more akin to braising than stewing.
3 It works, it is convenient, Tajine is the name on the box.
