Having worked to eradicate campuses of the annual hate-fest and lie-fest known as Israel Apartheid Week, I am proud that Councillor Pasternak is so knowledgeable about this event and the reality of the tension and aggression it has posed to Jewish students on campuses since 2005.

if theres pro-Israel supporters, there should always be pro-Palestine aswell, as long as its peaceful.

I am so proud that Toronto started Israeli Apartheid Week! Having worked on it for a couple years, I can state that this councillor is ignorant about the nature of Israeli Apartheid Week. I invite him to attend some events next year!

Israel does not seperate Arabs from Jews. There are as many Arabs in Israel as in Gaza, so it's factually not racial or ethnic speration. Arabs are given the same rights as any Jew, Christian, Druze, or any other Israeli citizen.
