I totally agree with you. It is hard to top lee hom cause of his experience and powerful and versatile voice. but peter did a very very decent rendition. he did the best he could and will get better with time.

i think youth also know leehom's golden ballads, like forever love or kiss goodbye, but i don't think they know many....leehom has at least 30 gold ballads like this in his all albums. and the newest gold ballads from leehom are 'everything' and 腳本.

Yea I agree. Leehom fans remember 'PEACE'. Just because someone says they like Peter pan doesn't discredit Leehom and this song. Everyone has different opinions and perspective. Everyone knows Leehom is 10x experienced and technical but come on, Peter is completely new to the industry and he and the gang deserve much credit. They're all very good singers. So no need to get angry, instead, welcome new singers into the asian industry.

hm I have to say that panyuwen's version is better. Personally, I like his voice better and I think he's got more technique. Leehom is a great song writer though. This is a great song. And his other songs are pretty original.

分別真的差太遠

只懂說 "feel" 的人.. 再聽聽潘裕文 cd 版吧

因為要仔細的唱, 不能有任何出錯

所有現場唱的 Feel 都會不翼而飛

王力宏唱功高出甚多

潘裕文doesn't even come close to 王力宏. I'm sure everyone has their own opinion. But from a professional standpoint, 王力宏 has a more powerful and stable voice.

power doesn't mean better. and if by stable you mean he doesn't have a vibrato, then that's actually a bad thing. most ballads sound nicer with a vibrato. panyuwen's voice may be quiter, but it sounds nice all the same. and he's definitely not lacking any vocal techniques as far as i can tell

Yes, I agree....most ballads do sound better with vibrato. But that's not what I'm talking about. 潘裕文 struggles a little when singing runs at certain ranges, but not LeeHom. And power does make a big difference when it comes to certain songs.
