I always wondered why the ABC test was used as an admissible test to determine sobriety. Every test in science requires a control. In this case the control would have to be if the subject was able to say her ABC's sober. If I was the lawyer handling her case I would argue that it was not proven she was able to accomplish that task before the suspicion of intoxication. But I am pretty sure the video shows to the jury she was drunk.
