They're using this score as the "sinister pattern" score now, it seems. At the end of "Fracture," an arrangement of this music is heard as the Observer is seen. I like it...very fitting.
I like this piece and the similar one at the end of "Fracture" too, very dark. You hear it again at the end of "Grey Matter" when it's revealed it was William Bell who had Walter's memories literally removed.
It would be nice if someone could upload the piece at the end of "Fracture".
I say - too bad that they haven't realeased the official soundtrack yet :) (IMO it's better than LOST soundtrack) There are some really great songs I would like to listen...
Great theme, too bad that they dont work on music in fringe as much as they do in Lost. More work in the music would make fringe a lot better for me.......
I've uploaded the complete first season of the Fringe original television soundtracks. check out my uploads :)

Totally sounds like Danny Elfman; reminds me of Spider-Man.

@ImaginarySacrifice I definitely hear the Spiderman-esque portion of it.

what's hard to understand? they're using this as a recurring musical theme when talking about the pattern now.

I love the music on Fringe. I think, even just after watching two episodes, the new score's better than the first seasons.

olivia: where am I? who are you?
stranger: the answer to your first question is quiet complicated, the answer to your second...........I'm William Bell.
Olivia turns to the window and we see that she's in th World Trade Center, great ending
