@sonnyboy1069 Yes it helps. I was a former smoker I smoked about 7 to 8 sticks a day but I quit smoking for 5 months. Then I was diagnose with chronic bronchitis and it sucks. I have been couching for 3 weeks now and I made a promise to myself that I will never smoke again.

I quit Smoking 4 years ago now I have Bronchitis I probebly had it from 2nd hand smoking or my work cuase I drive trucks for a living it could be from the deisel fumes or forklift

Emphysema is damage to alveolar walls

Chronic Bronchitis + Emphysema = COPD.

Shortness of breath that cannot be reversed

Main cause is smoking.
