i always go on you tube looking for ONE good eats recipe for dinner or snack and hours later i look up and realize that i haven't done my homework and i have 5 to 8 more things i want to try that i don't have the stuff for. knowledge is addicting. (or maybe 'good eats'?)

I like the costumes at the beginning. Oh, by the way, look at the leek very closely when it turns around, it looks kind of bumpy-ish... that is probably where they did the sewing.
I wonder how they did that wrinkled effect for the garlic.
