  • Haha this was great! short simple, and to the point! At first I thought it was totally automated but I see you still feed the wire. Yes, the refreshments make it all the better! Thanks for the upload!

  • You holding the beer up to the camera reminded me of a guy I went to college with. This guy's dad was a mold maker. He owned his business and he would work on a mold and drink a beer at the same time. After a while he started developing a beer gut. The I.R.S did an audit on the guy and found income that he did not report. The dad had to sell the business and go to work for somebody else. The end result was that he last his beer gut because he couldn't drink beer while working.

  • the beer is the key :D

  • Cool stuff. I got the Miller Dynasty 200 DX. Love that welder. I built the "Crazy Cart" for it.

  • is all that really nessessary all you need to do is clamp the torch, one hand on a rod one spinning the material one foot on the pedal,.. i mean you gotta be drunk to not be able to to that

  • stay thirsty my friends

  • It wouldn't be hard to set up something to do automatic feeding. Get like a Miller S22 feeder and run a cable liner up there.

  • Not bad. But with a Miller Intelitig set up it has a automatic wire feed so you dont have to do it by hand. It takes a while to get it set up and diled in but once you do you can really knock out the parts. And your parts will come out the same everytime.

  • can you move the torch so you could do lets say tubing??

  • ... that's has to be one of the coolest things I think I've ever seen .... thanks for posting this stuff.

  • i have a few questions...

    1) when you put your product in the chuck can you adjust the speed it spinds?

    2) what are those parts for

    3) what kind of beer is that... I saw Amber Laeger... i've never heard of it...

  • note to self need a wire feeder llol cool set up

  • i heard the AC wave.. that is stainless rigth? must be a DC setup..AC is only for aluminium..just i heard the AC wave too loud

  • its DC pulsing at about 50 pulses per second. It makes it sound like AC

  • @weldingtipsandtricks so you get dronk and thin weld hhhhmmmm smart

  • you use AC for light metals like aluminium titanium and mettals that corode to the air and have oxidecoating on them beacause AC disolves the oxidecoating

  • NO NO NO you are doing it wrong, you are supposed to keep your beer in the fridge. yes I am an uncultured American.

  • Think its because its a little faster and easyer to make money off the the stuff he welding

  • who understands you man

  • I don't get it. Are you just to lazy to hold the torch? I could run better and quicker than that. I just don't get it. It is not self functioning. If you have to feed the wire you might as well hold the torch. Big waste of money is all I see. All you need for that easy weld is a spinner and a welder.

  • i think your a ignorant prick his obviously a vetrain welder doing it his whole life y the fuck wouldnt u want to make easier money at that time in life

  • Hi, does anyone know where I can recruit some pipewelders for a current project we have in SC?

  • Allaho Akbar. I am from Iraq. you country destroy my country. i can good weld tig mig. i want work make money

  • Extremely impressive. Top quality tig beads. I also enjoy your web site very much. keep up the excellent work.

  • Great video. Is there really a way to make money with a set up like that? Where would you find that kind of work? I've got the capital to invest - but not sure where to find the work.

  • I used to weld aluminum aircraft parts with my bare hands too until the lump on my hand turned out to be malignant.

  • tell me more about this

  • Cool setup. What will the finished parts be going into?

  • so if you want to save money as well you get a wire feed welder like a lincoln 100 sp or even a harbour freight unit will work fine.you save money by the spool and you can feed wire into your arc replicating the operation of units like the CK worldwide wire feed tig setup.

  • I need a fuckin job with that dude

  • cool setup there dude. I just bought the Dynasty 200DX with the coolmate 3. Made a custom tig cart that I call the crazy cart. I just put up a video of it on here. Hey I wonder if my welding would improve with enough of that beer? :) Nice set up. Enjoyed viewing it.

  • im guessing by the beer bottles thats your home shop, if so you have a very nice set up

  • can a unite like that be used with a mig welder or is

that just fore tig? and how much does something like that

    cost?

  • Either, You would need a mig gun made for automated welding. They are typically straight and it would fit in the v block clamp on the torch arm just like the tig torch. If you buy the welding lathe new from GenTec, Its around 5000 for all the stuff you need. I am thinking of selling my unit and will probably try to get around 2400 for it.
