As part of the new ebay seller protection program, buyers are now required to wear a condom.

I also heard that prior to selling, ebay now wants to send someone over to the house to

have a look at the condition of the items themselves. This way after you send the item and the buyer does the chargeback and sends the item to paypal it will maximize ebays profits and paypals consumer protection fees.

It's kind of like ebays stamp of approval.

Total BS, buyer doesn't the bills, sellers do. If the item doesn't sell, seller still pay the fees. If the item sells, sellers pay for all the rest. What do buyers pay? the merchandise, shipping, sometimes the packaging. It's all coming out of seller's profit. Item is only worth what people are willing to pay, it's seller's right to set the price they want to sell. Don't like it, don't buy it, stop being a crying babe for mommy eBay. Never heard of buyers beware?

Bottum line- BUYERS FOOT THE BILL for all the bullshit. The money comes from the buyer's wallet. Ebay fees and seller's costs are all part of the final price the buyer ends up paying for their stuff. It is all passed on down to the buyer to PAY! If you want the stuff the seller has bad enough, you will PAY whatever is costs. And losses from fraud or excessive fees are passed along to YOU the buyers! So ebay is rippin us off too! Negs to sellers (damages) are also passed on final costs.

I'm first! I dont think just adapting and hoping ebay picks up on those trends is correct. Ebay wont change for months to a year and during that time how many Mom & Pop shops will be fumigated because of what is put into motion now.
