Sorry I took so long to reply. I made a stick guy with one arm, and I made a separate arm, and I put the stick guy in the back, then put the gun on top of his arm, then put the separate arm on top of the gun. The tactical vest goes somewhere in between lol

i got pivot 3 beta and 2.2.5 and i say> use pivot 2.2.5 its much better it doesnt maybe have sprites or all sticks like pivot 3 beta but it makes 1000000000000000000 smoother animations!

That's good but just in case you're interested you can visit the pivotx animation website where they made pivot 3.5 and apparently i can still import sprites but has less bugs and is less glitchy, not sure about smoothness lol

yeah I just save it as gif and then use wmm, just like you said mate. =D

hint: if you want your gif to be higher quality, make the animation really big and then resize it to 1/2 size, the jagged edges should go away a bit.

This is indeed in pivot. You can do this a variety of different ways.

1) make everything larger and larger each frame (e.g. make a stick figure size 100 in frame 1, make it 105 in frame 2, make it 120 in frame 3, make it 150 in frame 4, etc.)

2) if you have a really fast computer, use camtasia studio or another screen recording program, record the animation while it's playing in pivot, then edit it (zoom and pan).
