Some of this stuff is laughable Americans not treating the dicipline propaly thinking they know best. Typical Amercan thing to do give wanabe superhero names like Phntom and pheonix thinking there all cool. 4:58 WTF this guy is a prick the dive roll and uneeded tic tac of the lampost causing him to fall is just a joke. What's with the taging is it a race? a relay? Parkour is for one's self not a fukin game. The journey should have been made by them all and not just silly sections.
@SJPKvideos I wouldn't call this training man just showing off for the media. parkour has come a long way in America just watch the newer vids there nearly 100% different to this.
Parkour as it says is from A to B the fastest route. Then why does he randomly dive over something not even on his route it would have been 3 times as quick to run straight forward.
The random tic tac though that has nothing to do with anything just completley pointless.

i wanna train and learn from an expert. I got the discipline but i don't have the technique and skill.I'm only 13 though...anyone help? I don't think i can go to central park. Somwhere in flushing hopefully
A lot of there moves are sloppy, and some of the stuff at the end I do not exactly agree with. Parkour is NOT a great thing to do with the family. I can just imagine the scenario right now, and it's not pretty. I could go on and on, But I won't.
how do i get into this? this is such an awsome sport my fried taught me some tricks and i loved it so i if you can, send me some stuff about NYPK and classes cause the website was a litlle confusing since the video was done in central park
there's conditioning this sunday (11/25) at central park @ 12pm. The site is not too difficult to understand after you keep toying with it. Go to where it says "community" and look for the forum that says "jam" there you'll find places (and dates) where traceurs/tracueses are going to train. If anything you can also train by yourself if you find that you do not have time to train with others.
and @ Pensinspace: I live in a suburban area... but seems like no one 'round here even knows what parkour is

I live on the border of Whitestone/Flushing. About 15 minutes from Main street station.
I'm in NYPK, don't get to the city nearly as much as I'd like to though, so I'm looking for people in the area too.
