Wow, your lyrics are awesome, and you have an amazing voice! I've never seen this anime before but this fandub randomly came up in my recommended videos, now after hearing your fandub I really want to see the anime. But if I watch a dub (is there one?) then I will probably keep comparing the english song to this one because it can't be as good as yours!

oh yeah, the english dub is WAY worse than this, i actually really likle this, if you watch this show watch it in japanese, you will fall in love with tamaki and the other hosts, if you watch it in english you will end up wanting to hit the all in the head with a frying pan

Usually, others write english lyrics to this song(or any other song), they try to create an exact translation and end up messing up the rhythm of the song, which in my opinion is more important than lyrics. I try to keep the integrity and the emotion of the song while staying as close to the original lyrical rhythm.

I also pay close attention to the placement of the words in a single line. If a line ends in a word such as "the" or "and" with a pause before the next line, the song sounds cut up and doesn't flow. A common translation for the very first line is "It seems that I have noticed that" which creates strange pauses especially for the English language. Hope that answered the question
