I have had this phone for over a year and have had it replaced 3X, because is randomly shuts off, and now they are trying to tell me that I need to do a wipe out and restart it. Whoever designed this phone was either on drugs or mentally incompetent. I definitely would not recommend buying this phone.

fucking phone suxs balls i allways get sim card error, intilization error, no sim card, sos all the time and plus it fucking lags so much. i had to replace mine once due to the fact the my usb port on the phone came loss and this port you hv to charge it from and u plug it in to the comeputer. This port came loss so i cldnt charge it or even plug it into the computer, so wen i got my new blackberry flip i cldnt take all the stuff off my broken phone upload it to my computer thn to my new devic

i had this phone and dont plan on having this phone over a certain amount of time, its built to fail. mine died after about a year of usage. same thing happened to a friends. the back cover is cheap and tends to fall off a lot which will known the battery lose and the boot time is very very long. this phone should be a free phone not 100 bucks. just get a real blackberry like i did.

need help... i have difficulty fnding numbers. like if i open up the contacts then ihave to find my frinds name... as u know that each key contain 2 alphabet letter and one number ie T and Y on same key... how do i press Y in tht key as far as i know when ever i press that key it only pop up the T lower letter and if i hold it then it turns caps but how do i just press Y on that button and get all the names of contact with Y Name

I wish this had the 3.5mm. I originally had the headphones with an adapter for my ipod so i could throw it in my pocket and be wireless. When I got this phone. It was my brothers and he decided he wanted an iPhone. Which now he hates. But the headphones wouldn't connect. Apparently 4.2 doesnt support media audio through bluetooth but 4.5 does. So I updated and boom.

Yeah it's a good thing to have instead of buying a whole other set of headphones for it. But, that means you need an adapter to use a headset for talking. So it's a win lose situation either way lol.

I switched from a LG Cu575 to my first BB, which is this. And I have seen other BBs and this is the best one so far ! Its like it has all the things a normal BB would have but a flip like. Theres also a few features that would also help you out use the phone correctly too.
