just watching the video, the whole place looks like it could do with a deep clean. health and saftey wouldn't allow that gap between the front of the cooker ring and the edge - it looks filthy

not only that, but she puts her hands in the vegetables and other ingredients as well. Not very hygeinic at all! But in saying that, Thai green curry is amazing

Americans are obsessed with the unsanitary nature of raw chicken with good reason. The focus on cheap chicken leads to them being raised quickly in mass quantities under highly questionable conditions (salmonella factories!) There is nothing inherently bad about chicken, but cheap, mass-produced chicken is some rank stuff. I hate it. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a vegetarian; I eat veal and foie gras, but grocery store chicken scares me. Raised properly, you can eat chicken raw.

no wonder...i always thought it was basil leaves. But the one i eaten, the leaves were hard....i cooked with fresh basil leaves and its like soggy....lol
