  • The only reason he was not kept there for hours was he did not pull of to the side of the road. The other people behind him on the highway helped ensure protection of rights. Rights can only be protected with the masses of people.

  • Masses of people behind you (literally in many checkpoint cases) certainly helps & staying in the lane of traffic forces the agent(s) to decide much quicker if they think they have the prerequisite level of probable cause to continue the detention or to search abrowncitizen.

  • These checkpoints are such BS,...Some states/cities, the police cant ask you "what country are you a citizen of". Internal checkpoints are nothing more than money traps!

  • @chllywllyd In Arizona they can.

  • the guy in the video "asking questions" is asserting his right to ask questions. There is a reason why he is doing that and there is a reason he gets away with it, and that is because these BP assholes don't have a lawful mandate..PERIOD! Tyrants always pull this shit, but people are more corrupt than ever and more dumbed down than ever before, so, that is why this is going as far as it is. People had better wake up and learn to discern who is speaking truth and who isn't. There is a lot a stake

  • Ron Paul is the beginning of the end of the trash talking pundits...he wants to puts things right...back to normal and fix what was never right in the first place..like getting rid of the fed, patriot act, NDAA and all the rest. Banker wars, banker manipulation of the currencies that they crash in order to consolidate the wealth they steal from people. They consider themselves elite , smarter than everybody else, but they hid knowledge, deceived and murdered, that makes them evil, not smart

  • lets look at the average Ron Paul supporter, and lets look at the pundits and news anchors who all work for the same people. The trash pundits all talk like high school football jocks..they constantly show their lack of values and morals. These "pinheads" always attack you with insults and made up stories that get debunked right away but they just move on to the next video to do their thing. Sad losers. They don't create, they don't love, they don't care for anything or anybody.

  • the worst thing is, they really think they are part of something that they are NOT part of. They are helping to enslave themselves...it would be funny if I didn't have to deal the shit they are helping to create. War everywhere for what. Bush, Obama, Clinton, they all lie...we have caught them many times over and over...then you look at who funds them all..always the same people. Why such a hatred for Ron Paul who has always been right and voted consistently over all of his years in office?

  • to anybody reading these comments...google "cointelpro" and then read what "oysterjoe"has to say...THEN go research for yourself what RON PAUL says and THEN you will know what COINTELPRO is all about. There are people selling their souls to get Romney elected...hummmmm...wonder why? when you create lies to slander another person so that you might benefit financially, you have sold your soul. That is rough...nothing is worth that.

  • This Guy is a jerk. The agent is doing Her job yet He's the 1 asking the questions.

  • @CHECKPOINTUSA- just love watching these videos of yours...thanks for uploading them

  • am i being detained? .... or my i go back to watching porn?

  • CheckpointUSA

You sir are the epitome of a true patriot. I'am motivated by your efforts and impressed by your knowledge and courage. These checkpoints are precursors to martial law. The Border Patrol is nothing more than an entity which symbolizes security. Symbolic arrests are made at the border to give the nation a false sense of security. The reality is that these agents are placed at these checkpoints to pry into the lives of law abiding citizens. Please keep up the good work!

  • Out...fucking...standingly handled. I applaud you sir for standing up to tyranny in this manner.

  • the crazy thing about this is that they haven't caught a single "terrorist"

  • ife ive been that woman, i will have hitted u sooo BADLY!

  • Its fine that you have a problem with such checkpoints and legitimately so but what good does it do to to confront her, its not like she set the check point up. Its not going to make a real difference until you go after those who set up these check points, no?

  • You've got it backwards projectpaki. I didn't confront her. She confronted me. I was merely minding my own business driving down a public road after a long day's work when she seized me under threat of force & absent suspicion in order to investigate about unknown crimes.

I merely responded to her aggression by peacefully exercising my rights & posting the results on a public forum to educate others.

  • @CheckpointUSA I'm retired police and I'm with you on this. The BP was a polite professional young lady however it was pretty obvious that she knew she was her actions were teetering towards an unlawful detention. And remember kids, just cause some judge in a batman suit says something is lawful doesn't make it constitutional.

  • I smell menstrual fluid.

  • Wake up America this is DHS DOING THIS ITS THE FEMA CAMPS CHECK ZONES

  • Lmao

  • I wonder how much trouble she got in?

  • @Symbiont5 None, the government supports taking our rights. I personally wish a police state will come soon so people will wake up, maybe then we can have a real revolution.

  • First of all if you talk to them you automatically enter into a consented agreement, a verbal contract and then you gotta do whatever they say, do not consent and assert your authority over them by asking who they are and what's their business and you can drive off and have a nice day too. Second right or left all politicians are the same or haven't you noticed no change no matter who we vote for? Electoral college anyone?

  • That guy whooped her ass!! Lol. And cool camera/recorder it can take pictures while recording =.=

  • Yes she was just doing her job,but for all you out there that say he shoulda just answered her question obviously don't know anything about your civil liberties. VOTE Ron Paul 2012

  • I love to see people defending liberty!

  • thats because he looks boond thas way they let him go but if you latino they beatyou up this bunch of nazy"s

  • This guy is an American Hero.

  • i mean im not saying you did wrong and im against what you did but it would have been alot easier to say american and be on your way without holding up traffic and without wasting your tie because im all for fight for our rights and what not but look at the hundreds of youtube vids of people standing up for there rights to change things and its going no where from what i see..thats just my opinion

  • u cud have just said "american citizen" and be on ur way idk why all that none sense and holding up people that had things to do that day.. shes hired by the department of homeland security to make sure imigrants arent coming into the usa or smuggling drugs that go in and out of our city streets and into our children and junkies that kill and rob for it...

  • Well done sir!

  • Well done! "am I free to go" are 5 importnat words to keep in mind and available when stopped at all.

  • Sooner or later the government is going to just use tactics of old and act like Magistrates of 200 years ago under the king and just kill you for openly disobeying them. i do see darker day coming upon our land and if we do not resist you/me/son/daughter/wife will be treated as cattle not humans.

There is just no reason the government has to be this way. We may do as Jesus and Gandhi did and lay our lives down to fight this injustice.

  • Silly authoritarian punk. Stopping, seizing, detaining, interrogating & searching people absent suspicion doesn't protect the American way of life, it destroys it.

Does that make you an ignorant ass redgunner132? Especially when it's clear you have no idea that according the government's own reports, actually patrolling the border instead of harassing domestic traffic inside the country is about 15x more effective at interdiction?

  • @CheckpointUSA Your arguing with a 12 year old and losing. You could be detained for refusing secondary inspection. You obviously don't research about border operation. All what you do is bitch for the sake of bitching. The border patrol lacks the man power to physically watch all 3700+ miles of border. The check points serve as part of a tiered defense system. They don't harass the public they ask a simple question. They put their lives on the line for you, you liberal socialist pig.

  • @redgunner132 said: "they don't harass the public they ask a simple question".

    That's not what I've experienced.

    Nope.

Last time I drove through a temp checkpoint, I answered the simple question; "Are you a U.S. citizen" by saying: Yes sir, I am. How else can I help you?

I was threatened with arrest, unlawfully detained for 5 minutes, and finally allowed to proceed after being threatened with the loss of my job.

Why? Because I didn't want to roll my window all the way down.

  • @redgunner132 look it matters not if the government gave themselves the authority, it's our duty as citizens to resist bad government. even if it means you have to beat the crap out of us to force compliance, even at the point of your gun.

Non-compliance is the duty of all citizens.

  • @redgunner132 You're right there, robot------they put their pig lives on the line when they harass americans. That is why they are so highly overpaid.

    You fucking kneejerk punk!

  • @redgunner132 -critical thinking should conclude that if he COULD be arrested at this "checkpoint" he WOULD have been. The fact he has NEVER BEEN should tell you something. I go to court and deal with police like this all of the time. That is because I am an adult who ignores video games and Tv so that I am able to handle my own affairs competently. Some people love to be slaves and support their oppressors...and that is pretty sad.

  • @redgunner132 - in fact, maybe you should try some study..it is very hard to to have an intelligent adult conversation with people who THINK they know something but clearly do not. They just regurgitate what they have been trained to think. Study on your own and you will see what so many of us are finding out Folks...do not pay any attention to jokers like this guy. He has nothing but insults and insults should be your first red flag as to who you are dealing with...compost..lol

  • @redgunner132 you are funny, there are more illegals now in-spite of these check points. if i had a cartel member shooting at me i hope i survive the encounter because it's payback time for him and i hope he loves La Flaca y El Flaco porque yo voy a enviar el bandito al tumba fría. now you can be a coward and depend on the so called authorities but for me i will defend myself.

  • @mechanicalbu11 Your wrong research Sector Yuma. As far as protecting myself I strongly and firmly believe in the 2nd amendment. But these check points seize millions worth in drugs and thousands of illegals. These check points also are similar to FOB's for the border patrol from which they do brush operations, helicopter patrols, ..etc. This guy is obviously raising hell for the sake of raising hell. If you want less border operations help contribute rather than complaining. God bless america.

  • @redgunner132 we really do not need internal check points, it's way to much like living in a communist country. we all know how government trumps up it's numbers benefit themselves.

I have illegals living down the street from me they are not American or on a visa and that's not the end here there are well over 1200 of them living in my community all year. how do i know that? i have associations in the diary milk production. and that is my best estimate from the farms in my area.

  • @redgunner132 You are one stupid cunt-----you remind me of Berlin 1936. These pigs ain't there to keep the job stealing greasers out. They are there to see that all non-robotic americans are locked up. You've nothing to worry about.

Are all you texans fucking morons?

Any motherfucker that stops me will meet my good friend, Mr. Glock.

Stupid cocksuckers like you have destroyed this capitalist pisshole.

  • @redgunner132 Whether or not this checkpoint "catches" criminals is not the question. Is the checkpoint legal? Who broke the law here? This guy did not answer her question. If he broke the law, why wasn't he arrested? Is it maybe that the stopping of vehicles here is illegal? The checkpoint is 40 mi from the border on a road that doesn' intersect the border. LEO(s) breaking the law trying to catch people breaking the law is unacceptable. The end result does not always justify the means.

  • Stupid bitch should have got a nursing degree she was so intimidated by u guys it's hilarious. Keep up the good work

  • If citizens do not stand up for their rights they will lose them. This man should be awarded for standing up for his rights. All of us have a obligation to fight for our rights. Someday we will wake up to a police state as it is already happening all across North America. Ask yourself if you want to show your "papers" in order to travel in your own country. Well done!

  • @outonthewire What the fuck do you mean "someday"? Are you asleep?

  • @outonthewire Couldn't have said it better

  • DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN HOME LAND SECURITY UNTIL THE NEW LAW THAT ALLOWS INDEFINITE DETENTION OF USA CITIZENS IS REVOKED!

  • I don't get it. Seem's like a normal boarder stop. Lady's just doing her job in my view.

  • This wasn't at the border Nelmistro.

  • @CheckpointUSA But doesn't Southern Arizona border Mexico to the south and have a major illegal immigration problem? Wouldn't it make sense to have a stop from time to time. Not that I'm criticizing you or your video but I'm just curious (don't really know the laws in the states as well).

  • Arizona borders Mexico but these immigration checkpoints haven't been setup at the border or its functional equivalent Nelmistro. Instead, many like this one have been setup along highways that never intersect the border and aren't nexus points for border traffic. This means people living in local communities are harassed daily by armed federal agents while trying to go to work, school, the store, etc.

  • @CheckpointUSA i agree, this needs to stop and the only way is to change the laws but to change the laws we need to change to political power structure in America. the only way i see this happening is if we vote against all incumbents even Ron Paul who is the last great American in congress.

  • @mechanicalbu11 The last time true change was fostered in america was when the brothers bought rifles and got up on the rooftops. True change only takes place at the muzzle of a gun.

Ask the breed in the white house. He's murdered thousands of people.

  • @mechanicalbu11 Ron Paul says america was responsible for the carnage of 911.

    He is a true cunt.

  • @oysterjoe that? the guys that planed, coordinated and executed 9/11? Ron Paul is obviously wrong on that issue, but he is no fool. compartmentalize black operation within our government planed 9/11 to create a police state and eliminate freedoms.

well, did 9/11 reduce anyone's freedoms, liberties or privacy? YES it has and they are not finished yet.

  • @mechanicalbu11 Of cousre Paul ain't a fool-----he is another self aggrandizing political hack who's body should be dangling from a lampost in DC along with Pelosi, Clinton, The Half-Blood Prince, Bush [all of them], the supreme court and all the rest of the bastards who put profit before the needs of the AMERICAN people-----the poor slobs who have bought into the Ponzi scheme that is America.

    Have a nice day.

  • @oysterjoe VOTE Ron Paul 2012

  • @glajl Ron Paul is an old fashioned anti-semite. If you think the breed currently in the White House favors islam wait until you see this pig Paul in action. He also opposes MLK day. Those pesky descendants of slaves are such a pain in the ass, huh?

I'd rather be dead than vote for ANYBODY that identifies with the facist repubs in any way.

In short-----fuck Ronny and anybody uninformed enough to vote for him. Get your head out of your ass, please.

  • @oysterjoe I think that you need to do a little more research, and stop listening to FOX news. Listen to the issues that Ron Paul is talking about, then go listen to the the wonderfull speaches made by MLK jr. You will most likely change your mind.

  • @glajl Never listen to fox. You think that just because I'm wise to obama I'm a repub? I was battling the pigs during the vietnam days. I was a member of SDS. I am a card carrying leftist with patriotic underpinnings. I SAW both JFK and Dr. King give speeches. They would have also been wise to the phoney from Texas. You right wing fools always preach the same shit. And the people fall for it because they are ignorant of history. You couldn't change my mind with a blowtorch.

  • @oysterjoe Glad to hear that Joe, By the way I am not rep either nor a fool. I would never try to change anyones mind with force, that goes against the constitution that I hold dear, you are entitled to your opinion and your vote as am I. No need to be calling people names, with that being said I VOTE Ron Paul 2012

  • @glajl All well and good. However, Paul favors a no border policy which will further erode our identity [not to mention our jobs]. He advocates cutting Isreal adrift. Our only friend in the area. Albiet, they spy on us but do not seek to destroy us as their neighbors do. I do agree with his position on these wars of aggression we wage.

It is imperative that O doesn't have a second term. I believe that Romney has the best chance of dethroning the horror in DC.

  • @oysterjoe - the same people who fund Obama fund Romney

    RON PAUL 2012

  • @jacofan Really. Am stunned that both these two are garbage. That don't make Paul any more palatable. Paul favors the islamic block over the Isrealis. As if making nice with those pledged to kill or convert all non-believers will somehow make them love us. He is an airhead unworthy of Texas [which hasn't had a good national politician since LBJ].

Peddle your old wine in new skins to other natives. I've evolved.

  • @oysterjoe - well you are something but evolved is probably not it :)

Paul favors no such thing..I read all that he puts out.I've watched every single debate etc..I have read his congressional record..don't remember him being anything you accuse him of. choose who you like..fine but to outright lie and make shit up about somebody is wrong. Why you would want anybody else in that white house is beyond me. He is everything America needs. A vote for Mitt is to vote for the same ol shit

  • @jacofan Paul has repeatedly said that America's relationship with Isreal was a major cause of the 911 attack. This is like saying that the writer of "Catcher in the Rye" was complicitous in the murder of John Lennon. Were words deeds it would be equal to O's recent betrayal of British nuclear warhead arsenal to the russkies. It indicates an unsound mind.

Not to mention he ain't got a snowball's chance. The fix is in. Has been since Nov. 22, 1963.

  • @oysterjoe -Israel is a country that can defend itself...Ron Paul is correct...Israel is determined to start war with Iran...it is part of the big plan. Look I know what you are okay...I am not fooled into thinking you are a serious voter. If you are real, then you are lost intellectually and morally. Your problem. How is it that you troll types never want to discuss anything real...or anything else RP stands for...you make shit up and you bring Israel into everything.

  • @jacofan You have the sturdy underpinnings of a true anti-semite----you have found your ideal candidate, not doubt about it. "Isreal is determined to start war with Iran" is like saying Poland was determined to have war with Nazi Germany.

I've seen candidates come and go and Paul is one of the worst-----a cross between Harold Stassen and Ross Perot.

Crawl back in your bunker, Adolph.

  • @oysterjoe - I AM FUCKING JEWISH YOU MORON!! They announce world "Governance" almost every fucking day now. You are such a troll. Ron Paul is no anti-semite..funny how Ron Paul is catching on and nobody else seems concerned with the propaganda you trash are putting out. Zionism and Judaism are NOT the same thing...The Rothschild family aren't even jewish..the hijacked the jewish faith to run this game that you are playing right now..haha...ain't working...now go fuck yourself

  • @jacofan I agree with you that Zionism and Judaism ain't the same animal. That said, get real---"Ron Paul is catching on". What planet are you on?

And since you broach the issue----being Jewish dosen't preclude anti-semitism.

  • @oysterjoe - Ron Paul isn't catching on?????? HAHAHA YES...YES he is..I am on this planet...not sure which one you are on. Okay...so now I must go, you are just an insidious hateful scumbag and I have better things to do. You fool nobody..I decided to engage you in order to let you prove for EVERYBODY just what you are. Since you are here to influence people to see things your way, but people just aren't as evil as you require them to be.

I AM JEWISH AND I AM VOTING RON PAUL 2012!!

  • @jacofan Nice to know that if a big bully comes along that you would hand over a former allie to keep the peace. Sounds like Chamberlain's "peace in our time" crap. There is a great deal more of Obama in you than you'd care to abmit. The name Quisling also comes to mind. It isn't Isreal that the ragheads object to----it's Jewry. The islams hatred of Hebrews is a thousand years old.

I once voted for McGovern so I can excuse the ignorance of youth.

    Buy you weary me.

  • @jacofan We're talking of Paul and Isreal and you, out of the blue, proclaim that you don't want a "banker world government" as if Jewry and Banker are synonyms.

You have truly crawled out from under the rug, haven't you, meine freunde.

Oh well, we decent American's are ready for you and your, ageless, crap.

    Go eat your strudle, Adolph.

  • Comment removed

  • @glajl I'd just as soon vote for Rupaul over Ron Paul.

    More honest.

  • @oysterjoe yeah but only cause you want to have Rupaul?

  • @CheckpointUSA These pricks are for shooting-----not reasoning with.

  • @Nelmistro fuck her job

  • @Nelmistro That is because you a a stupid motherfucker.

  • @oysterjoe Yo wtf is your problem? I'm not even American I don't know these issues on laws and immigration. I was just asking.

  • @Nelmistro If you ain't an american then shut the fuck up about our internal problems.

I'm sure the coon in the white house will get around to bombing your pisshole as soon as he can.

  • @oysterjoe Yo man I never even criticized a word about your problems. I didn't even say it was a problem. I was just asking out of curiosity wtf is your problem?

  • @Nelmistro Spoken like a good German. "I was only following orders". Does that sound familiar, dimwit?

  • @Nelmistro Nazi soldiers were just doing their job too. Thats not the point of view in question here. The question is, is it constitutionally acceptable for someone to order her to do this?

  • Its important to question authority and not let them breach the rights of citizens, especially when it comes to Homeland Security

  • You, sir, are my newest HERO! And to all the idiots that think she's doing her "job" think again. Look at the bigger picture.

She DOES NOT HAVE THE CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY to detain anyone for any reason unless there is REASONABLE CAUSE, which they DO NOT HAVE. I mean it's rather telling... border patrol so far from the border?? This is all part of Janet Napolitano's NAZI-esk police state agenda.

Keep up the good work and keep showing the police state for what it is.

  • Nice!! It's good to see law abiding private citizens win.

  • Pull him out of the car, oupps camera fell and broke, now off to the trailer for the tune up, be carefull you moron , that could all happen in 2 seconds.

    - obstructing govt administration

    - resisting arrest

    - being an asshole

  • Silly little authoritarian punk, peacefully exercising ones rights while being seized absent suspicion inside the country is not obstructing government administration, resisting arrest or being an asshole surfingcali69. Then again I wouldn't expect a moronic authoritarian like you to understand such a basic concept.

  • @surfingcali69

    Hahaha.

Have you ever heard of the Fourth Amendment?

I am sure you have, you may have even read it.

But that does not mean you comprehend it.

You never took time to look at the Founder's intent, read their papers regarding the importance of the right, or studied the history of government abuse of unreasonable searches and seizures.

You don't care about the 4th Amendment because you think you are on their team and they will never bother you.

    Do not be so gullible.

  • She's just doing her job- don't be an asshole hope some one put u in your place . Yes it's good to question authority , and we should , but don't start off the the conversation by being an asshole

  • If she was just doing her job surfingcali69, she would have been down on the border patrolling it instead of harassing domestic traffic inside the country absent suspicion.

BTW, I only start off the 'conversation' being an asshole when some asshole has seized me absent suspicion inside my own country under threat of force & attempts to intimidate me into waving my rights.

  • @CheckpointUSA ever occurred to you that maybe that stretch of road is used a lot by illegals? or did you never bother to check the FBI national indecent records? cuz then all cars would fall under suspicious. self righteous cunt.

  • Ever occur to you that in this country gov't agents need individualized probable cause or consent to either extend a detention or to search at suspicionless checkpoints such as this noliesundead? Or did you never bother to check with the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights? Cuz then all authoritarian punks like you would fall under stupid. Self righteous punk.

  • @CheckpointUSA The United States Supreme Court ruled that Border Patrol agents may stop a vehicle at FIXED CHECKPOINT for brief questioning of its occupants even if there is no reason to believe that the particular vehicle contains illegal aliens.

you were never held in detention, and it is only during roving patrols do they need reasonable suspicion(not cause) both need consent for a search, and you never were

    source US v Martinez-Fuerte, Id. at 563-564, U.S v. Brignoni-Ponce, U.S. v. Ortiz,

  • That's funny noliesundead, SCOTUS also ruled:

"...We have held that checkpoint searches are constitutional only if justified by consent or probable cause to search....& our holding today is limited to the type of stops described in this opinion. -'[A]ny further detention...must be based on consent or probable cause.' (U.S. vs. Brignoni-Ponce), supra, at 882. None of the defendants in these cases argues that the stopping officers exceeded these limitations.”

  • @CheckpointUSA "funny noliesundead, SCOTUS also ruled:

"...We have held that checkpoint searches are constitutional only if justified by consent or probable cause to search"....and you were never searched as your own video showed.

"None of the defendants in these cases argues that the stopping officers exceeded these limitations".... because they didn't.

"all seizures of the person, including seizures that involve only a brief detention short of traditional arrest."...but not questioning

  • What part of the "any further detention...must be based on consent or probable cause" quote didn't you understand noliesundead?

What makes you think questioning, or more appropriately, interrogating people under threat of force & absent individualized suspicion doesn't apply to SCOTUS's ruling?

  • @CheckpointUSA "any further detention"....never happened. and what "threat of force" did she show in the video?(none) she had all the legal standing in the world to ask you questions, you being difficult and unwilling to comply (with a basic question) will looks suspicios to one looking for illegals.

absent individualized suspicion.....here "Border Patrol agents "have wide discretion" to refer motorists selectively to a secondary inspection area for additional brief questioning" Id, at 563-564

  • Really couldn't care less what you consider suspicious noliesundead, especially when the Supreme Court has already ruled that not answering questions while being detained by gov't agents isn't suspicious, it's a right.

Regarding your second point, you once again failed to put it in proper context. Here, let me help with that one as well...

  • “The defendants arrested at the San Clemente checkpoint suggest that its operation involves a significant extra element of intrusiveness in that only a small percentage of cars are referred to the secondary inspection area....We think defendants overstate the consequences. Referrals are made for the sole purpose of conducting a routine & limited inquiry into residence status that cannot feasibly be made of every motorist where the traffic is heavy.”

    - U.S. V Martinez-Fuerte

  • @CheckpointUSA i find it funny i back up my word with the letter of the law and the current understanding of the Constitution, while you use ignorance

  • @noliesundead: Funny. I see CheckpointUSA using direct quotes from pertinent cases... not ignorance.

  • Actually, I'm still waiting for you to back up your words with a properly cited law, statute or SCOTUS quote put in proper context noliesundead. I wont hold my breath though.

Regarding ignorance, I think my videos are more than adequate proof that my interpretation of the limited scope of Border Patrol authority is right on. You are of course welcome to prove me wrong by standing at primary the next time I go through & do whatever it is you think BP agents are allowed to do here.

  • @CheckpointUSA " I'm still waiting for you to back up your words with a properly cited law, statute or SCOTUS" you lack reading comprehension? again U.S. v. Martinez-Fuerte U.S.(1976) pp. 428 U. S. 556-564/pp. 557-560./560-562/ 563-564. it was a 6 to 3 decision.

"my interpretation of the limited sco..." your interpretation is not inline with the law or the current interpretation of the 4 amendment. it is not what i think, it is what the interpreters of the constitution think.

  • At least we agree on something when it comes to U.S> V Martinez-Fuerte noliesundead:

“our holding today is limited to the type of stops described in this opinion. "[A]ny further detention . . . must be based on consent or probable cause." United States v. Brignoni-Ponce, supra, at 882. None of the defendants in these cases argues that the stopping officers exceeded these limitations.”

  • Regarding being detained noliesundead, I think you missed a paragraph or two in your SCOTUS readings. Let me help: "It is agreed that checkpoint stops are 'seizures' within the meaning of the 4th Amendment." - U.S. v Martinez-Fuerte

"The 4th Amendment applies to all seizures of the person, including seizures that involve only a brief detention short of traditional arrest." - U.S. v. Brignoni-Ponce

  • @surfingcali69

I am sorry, but she is the asshole.

Actually, she isn't and probably hates her job.

She did not know what she signed up for.

Did you see how embarrassed she was?

Why do you think she was embarrassed?

I bet because at that very moment she realized what she was doing was wrong.

Why are you arguing in defense of DHS policy?

Do you want to be stopped at random and be forced to show proof of residency?

Do you not value freedom and privacy?

  • @surfingcali69

If the Government's intention is to protect the borders, why are the borders still wide open?

Why have 60,000 Mexicans lost their lives since 2008?

Why has the ATF trafficked guns to the Sinaloa and Los Zetas Cartels?

Why is Marijuana still illegal to fund these criminal drug cartels?

Why are we giving illegals free education and other entitlements?

Either fight the war on drugs or don't.

  • Win!

  • I'm not at all a fan of the way the US is going. The public has the right to document and investigate what the government is doing - though not be rude about it - and to protect ones liberties. I don't think yor are rude, but just a tad too protective about yourself which can incriminate youself. But I understand you. You'll have to question authority, especially when it is Bush's Heimland Sicherheit. Washington has to find other ways of securing both the borders and people's rights.

  • Also, watch this one:

Checkpoint guards get a taste of their own medicine

    watch?v=Z1e7EBze6ho

  • Hey, what a great video. I've watched & read a lot of 'sovereign' stuff and one thing Robert Menard said struck me - master asks, servant answers. This is why the police or these ... 'agents' will always start machinegunning you with questions when they see you. Do Not Answer. You ask them questions instead. Be persistent. And you can see the result here. Haha, the poor girl's face from 02:20, when she realizes "omg, this isn't a slave" x-)

  • harrassment due to what?

  • DONT ask what country im from. DONT ask if im a citizen. REMOVE THIS CHECKPOINT NOW. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO GO. YOU dont need to answer her question. YOU have the right to remain silent. you dont need to ask people if they are a citizen. You dont need to pull over. YOU dont have the right to stop me just to ask if im a citizen or what country im from.

Congratulations Lady, you eventually made the right choice saying he is free to go. Great job.

  • personally I think this was ignorant and ridiculous. Second They are there to protect you not make things harassing, and third to think that I served to protect winy babies such as yourself? You really do need to grow up! We have a genuine problem and they only way to get control of it is to step up security! Grow up!!

  • Silly girl, armed federal agents who seize you absent suspicion along public highways no where near the border they're paid to patrol aren't protecting you. They're investigating you & attempting to intimidate you into waiving those very rights so many have fought & died for over the years Kimberley7516. Of course you're too ignorant & childish to understand such a simple concept - preferring instead to just be another authoritarian punk.

  • People like you are way to paranoid and should seek help. I understand that there is medication to help you. Answer the question and move on fucktard.

  • Funny you should claim I'm the one being paranoid when it was armed Border Patrol agents operating no where near the border who were seizing people absent suspicion along public highways to investigate them JEpton73. Then again, authoritarian punks like you have never been all that good with language or logic.

  • @JEpton73 fucktard

  • @CheckpointUSA Next time do us all a favor and answer the question. So that the rest of us can get to where were going. It's RETARDS like you that they should be detaining.

  • @JEpton73: You have it backwards. It was the agents that were keeping everyone from passing through.

  • Another well thought out comment by an authoritarian punk JEpton73. Thanks for making your contempt for individual rights obvious.

  • @JEpton73

    Wow.

So are you advocating for DHS checkpoints?

How about she answer the question?

    Am I free to go?

Thanks to the Constitution, you are.

However, it is people such as yourself that we are losing are rights more and more.

  • if he was in my country have been beaten

  • One of the reasons I post videos like this is to make sure my country doesn't become more like your country J0RKAEV

  • Agreed!

  • Any agent for the parasitic, Orwellian police state agenda will be sent to hell if he or she attempts to violate any of my rights. Likewise, any misfit that agrees with this tyranny will be sent to hell at my earliest convenience.

  • What a stud!!!!

  • This guy is a moron, they are just doing their jobs and asking if your a citizen, seriously and he refuses to answer. Like he didnt know that was there and what was the point anyways, just one more person trying to rebel against the government. They are there to protect the border as much as they can.

  • These people cheering for homeland security dont know whats coming, of course the agents have nothing to do with it, but it doesnt mean they have the right to search you or question you if they are not at the border where their name states they should be. This is conditioning every american citizen to start accepting this kind of checkpoint and believe me once you see them on every other block your not gonna be to happy and your definatley aint gonna care that their just doing their job

  • I love you videos

  • CheckpointUSA, great way to stand up against this federal nazi police state takeover! 2+2=4!! Nice work!!

  • Does the same go for DUI checkpoints. Checkpoint USA, I understand where you're going with this, and you repeatedly state that if was doing her job she would be patrolling the border...maybe her supervisor assigned her there. She's not to blame. Take that recorder and record the border patrol department that decided to put that checkpoint there. There's ways of acting professional and getting the point across. But that is not the way.

  • Its people like this that piss me off! Man his a dick!

  • I wish the BP agents would try this nonsense with the A-Team, Hannibal and crew would have smoked these nazis!

  • I for one want these interior checkpoints shut down, this is ridiculous that I have to stop when I'm not crossing any borders. 4 1/2 miles south of Marfa, TX on northbound U.S. 67 is not a border! I-10 west of Sierra Blanca, TX and west of Las Cruces, NM is not a border! U.S. 54 between El Paso and Alamogordo, NM is not a checkpoint! It's also ridiculous that I get pulled over to secondary because I drive around taking pictures when i've violated no law, done nothing illegal.

  • Thank you. Great stuff, I have much to learn. Be well

  • Dude, you have serious issues with not being loved as a child or something. Do you really find pleasure in challenging the people who try to protect our borders? You really are disgrace to my country. A class A example of abuse of the rights we are honored to have in this country and disrespect to those who fight to protect them. Get a job and quit being such a little punk.

  • @dikpunch I know this is "your" country but I defend these kind of actions at the border and applaude the people who have guts and intellect to fight for our civil rights and constitution. And that, with all due respect for those who have served is something that the military has done nothing to immitate.Congress and our "Head of state" has sent our men and women to fight for the wrong reasons. The campaign has fallen short of America's constitution and our rights and our liberties are ignored.

  • I didn't know "Am I being detained" was a country. Obviously its full of defiant little assholes like yourself. I would've punched you in the god damn mouth, as immature as I may sound. Unless you want Achmed the fucking terrorist in your fucking backyard, stop acting stupid and harassing these men and women. I can bet my sweet ass you wouldn't do this at A US Military checkpoint. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it took you alot more time asking her if you were being detained then it would have if

  • @CheckpointUSA Have some Love for a fellow Soldier who has serious trouble with his PTSD illness... LOL

  • @USMC0311Josh It's these freedom hating punks that think that somebody can stop you without any reason on your way, ask you stupid questions and demand answers that are going to be the downfall of America ... if you love suspicionless checkpoints and gov goons harassing you so much get out of America and go live to North Korea ... why do you even stay in America if you hate the principles it was founded on so much!?

  • @USMC0311Josh yeah, so you feel okay with border patrol agents violating your fourth amendment rights? so if you were referred to secondary you would be okay with it? when you have committed no crime and they have no search warrant and search your vehicle / person without a warrant anyway.

  • @USMC0311Josh Wake up and smell the roses, THE TERRORISTS ARE ALREADY IN OUR BACKYARDS!

Let me ask you this: how is a "checkpoint" like this one NOT terrorizing U.S. drivers?

  • What a dick head..!! if anything happens, these dick heads are the first to shout about it....
