this is from ScarFace. they went into this apartment, (hotel in the movie) Tony Montana and Angel.Angel got killed with the chainsaw but Tony lived because his freinds came in and killed the people that were going to kill him that already killed Angle. Tommy Vercetti is based on Tony Montana and so is Ricardo Diaz's mansion

GTA Vice City is kinda based on Scarface. Like that apartment is at the Chainsaw scene of Scarface, and alot of the stuff in Vice City is in Scarface.

So he ties, them up, with the help of his crazy wife. And he kills angel with the chainsaw, and tony escapes, and kills the guy for it.
