The song is actually called "Tooryanse" - a Japanese children's rhyme/game much like "London Bridge is Falling Down". The lyric's quite macabre though..

I had a blast listening to this song everytime I stopped at the traffic lights in Kyoto - I sang the song all day long , everyday for that entire trip :P

Awesome - been wondering what this tune was - got stuck in my head after walking out of Kyto station.. beautiful place :)
