  • @sexywhipp for some, it ups your heart rate to an uncomfortable amount so watch for that (doesn't happen to me). Apparently it causes water retention too.

  • @sexywhipp It all depends on the person, but generally associated with stimulant use. Read the label before using.

  • Hey Marc, 2 part question.

    1. Is doing HITT for 10-15mins after every workout (5 days/week) to much?

    2. Because I do cardio PWO - do i need to drink my PWO shake first?

  • @jeremyfoster88 1) I do NOT like HIIT PWO. I never recommend HIIT more than 2x per week.

    2) No, drink the shake after. And don't do HIIT PWO!

  • I know that you are a fan of BCAA's. One tha tI have found that you amy wat to give a try is CORE ABC by Core nutritional. When you go up and see JR this weekend ask him about it (if he hasn't used it all by then). I sent him a tub of the white grape about a week ago. I dont thin you'll be dissapointed. I use it at least 2-3 times a day and love it.

  • Im currently taking Animal Pak and my ON Protein Isolate with my breakfast in the mornings, jack3d b4 work outs around the afternoon, another Protein shake after my workout, and two Fishoil Softgels with my dinner and tea. Do you think this is too much? Oh, and after I finish up my protein which should take about a month and a half, I want to try out a mass gainer, like ON's Serious Mass, do you recommend something like this? My diet is really clean and high in protein, and I train till failure.

  • @JudasPriestLiam NOT a fan of gainers--they have crap carbs...especially Serious Mass. I recommend MTS Nutrition Whey (my company) as your protein and if wanting a gainer, just add oats and PB to it!

    1) I DO NOT think you take nearly enough fish oil. See the description and download my free ebook for recs on that.

    2) Jack3d is fine.

    What the hell does "clean diet" mean? Do you not eat food off of the floor? :)

  • @TheTigerFitness Haha, nah just clean diet as in lots of veggies, egg whites, fish and chicken breast e.c.t no pepsi's or fries or any of that nonsense. And do you ship your whey protein's to UK? I might give it a try!
