  • I cant even sit back on my calves... should I just keep trying until I can sit on them or is there another stretch I can do until I have enough flexibility?

  • @fergalbyrne Try to put a soft or thick pillow type material in between your butt and calves. This will alleviate any undue stress placed on the knee during this stretch, hope this helps, also check out painfreerunning (dot)wordpress(dot) com for all your running related injuries :) its still under construction but I am working on getting everything posted

  • Any specific stretches for (medial tibial) interior shin splints?

  • Ouch. My shin splints hurt SO bad. Posterior shin splint.. hero pose is very painful. :/ .. I am doing Insanity.
