just out of curiosity.....i thought that shatter restraints and winter ward did the same thing, just that, WW does that in a more bigger scale, i.e, mitigates dmg, free from & prevent control effects etc......whats the point of having both?...pls do tell!!..

@fullmoontripper1 having both means theres more chance of team not being debuffed,so enemy controllers are useless for debuffing.

i bought the dlc soo to get to central city you need combat rating 53 to get cr you need better gear right so once you get tier 2 can you go in?? also i just created a electricity guy with hand blast is that a good combination? and is electricity really a dps or healer is it good at level 30?

@chnl97mta i belive its a better healer role m8,plus handblasters is great for healing as pulse beam is the fastest power regen move ingame,will make you use powers more....besides theres way 2 many DPS atm...some healers would be nice :)
