THEN he says he's not trying to buy alcohol,"It's for me fags,innit?" Hahahahaha.Tell you what,we need to toughen up in the UK.If these plebs were heavily fined every time they abused the 999 system then they'd perhaps put their brains in gear,assuming they have a brain!
