  • Been to a few banks and none of them have been as great as my credit union. They have all raped me on overdraft fees and they're all fucking crooks. Get with a credit union you will not be disappointed.

  • ok here is the problem....boa is the issuing party for all government credit cards. i know this as i looked on the back of our government employees cards. no way out

  • closed my account! Wooohooo!

  • I see you are upset about the interest rate on your credit account. If you pay your balance off every month before the due date you have nothing to be angry about.

  • Fck you BOA and your sht fees!!!!!!!!

  • Bank of America just raised my payment of $379 a month to $886 because they say my escrow account is in the negative. They said I needed flood insurance so I bought it, and now they keep buying and cancelling flood insurance on my property. I need a lawyer. I have to have $4700 by the 11th of January to keep my house.

  • In the mid 60's when Ron Reagan became gov of California and instituted state guaranteed loans for college I went to BofA for a loan. I was a VERY poor college student. They refused me a loan even though it was Guaranteed. I was too small to bother with according to the loan officer. I have been quite successful without them and they have never and will never see a penny of my money. Use small local banks to bank with. Screw BofA. I hope those BofA people follow this post.

  • 31 fucking idiots have an account with BOA!

  • I also closed my account...I don't hate anyone or anything...just BofA! They are thieves...criminals...

  • ok totally agree i can b fire for this but custmers spea up is not fair

  • wow really?! shame on them

  • You will continue taking it like the bitch that you are. BofA owns your ass. Nobody is going to join your crusade except for whining hippies who don't really have the accounts that matter.

Good luck with your mission Asshat.

  • @golyaht actually I believe you are wrong! It is the collection of individual efforts that moves the tide! I have said for years that we need to make a record, "win or lose" make a record, then hold them accountable too their office. It is only a matter of time before the weight of evidence causes those accountable to take action. it helps to accept their oaths and make suit if they do not do their duty. That's why they must have a bond, make a claim. They wake up and serve the office

  • "I reached the boiling point with bank of america the other day".......I used the audio from the beginning of this video in my song...... if you go to jvince.xxx or click on my YouTube profile, you can watch my new video for "FtheBank"

  • I'm glad I did back in 08 they are Criminals with a permit.. F them

  • @juanplaza67 They are not the only ones, Chase & Wells and Citi are right up there

  • Hey people! Do you know YOU PAY THEM TO TRANSFER MONEY TO YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT FROM YOUR SAVINGS IF YOU DO SO MORE THAN THREE TIMES A MONTH!? $12 account "maintenance fee" if you don't leave so much in.I had a lot in my account.NO MORE BOA.. Me and my hubby make over 65k a YEAR WE ARE GONE!

  • I just love that these "penalties" are like getting a spanking from our parents. Their employees are paid the same no matter what they do. Really? how much extra hassle it is to you if I over drafted by 30 cents. How can you charge me 100x that amount? Credit unions are the way to go. FUCK ALL THE BANKS!

  • Cry me an f'ing river. Pay your bills and live within your means. I love BofA and would never leave.

  • how about BOA Constrictor? makes more sense.

  • if the government let those banks fail ppl would have been forced to pay up on their mortgages which would have in turn caused a lot of them to refinance to small local banks and credit unions which would have been great for the economy.....

  • someone injected expanding foam into a ATM (bank robot), now that is one way to create jobs, imagine if all the robots coast to coast got injected

  • it felt good to close my account :)

  • Someone else on youtube said he thought there was an "online" run on the bank...

  • YAY YOU!!!!

  • I completely agree with you and I support taking ALL of your money out of the banks. I would actually suggest putting it into a credit union, which is designed to pass on any profits to the members in the form of lower mortgages, lower loan rates, and higher savings interest rates.

DOWN with the corrupt banks, SUPPORT your local credit union!

  • Had them like 4 years ago, only lasted 3 months. They kept losing my money, then charging me overdraft fees. Have not gone back.

  • Never had a BofA account. Never will

  • man, I've telling my dad to close his fking account, but he just won't listen to me ! >:>:(... someone help me to convince him please.

  • closed mine too

  • Good vid, thanks.

  • dude that was fucking awesome! Bend over America great video

  • we need a deal.

  • Oh thats cool!

  • My fifth of November is December 1st 2011, goodbye Bend Over America! I will be joining Sierra Central Credit Union.

  • @lumeriam DON'T EVER JOIN ANY BANKS AT ALL!!!!. SERIOUSLY!!!!!.

  • Great Video !

  • I love how the new logo says "FU". LOL

  • I agree...great post! It would be great if it had more hits to get the message out. GWB gave the Banks Carte Blanche to do whatever they want to maximize profits and WE will be responsible for bailing them out if they fail.

  • 30 disliked this video because they don't have a credit card

  • Great post. - The only thing I'd change...... when you leave your big bank ... don't put your money in a small local bank ..... put it in your local credit union.

  • 1%ers pay your taxes.Take away protection for corporation's.Stop government greed.I want a new button on my voting machine that says throw out all dirty congress, senators, judges, presidents.YOU ARE NOT TO BIG TO FAIL.Stop police brutality.World do you see American government?Do you trust America?I don't they are liars.American people wants true news broadcasting.Americans wants good education for our children.America says hell no to wars we are sick of your lies.

  • @roydeyoung09 go to local credit union, and you should have done that long time ago, I did. Also support Occupy movement, spread the word.

  • the government allows bank of america to print money and loan it at interest. the government doesn't print money.

  • i jumped up and clapped after this. i woke up my roommate at 6 am. fuckin bravo. SPREAD THE WORD AND BE HEARD

  • I have been with a credit union for years after leaving BoA. I find that charging for an account, charging for using a card, getting charged for using a card at a pay point, getting charged for accessing YOUR money, getting charged for seeing a teller and having to keep a minimum balance or be charged (because THEY can't collect interest on your money if it's not there) was greedy long ago.

  • Very good vid, well done. Thanks for sharing!

  • What a bunch of whiners. Your lives suck so you blame on the bank where you main tain your $42 balance. Get a job.

  • @MyAccount4TrollingU

    "Get a job."

Get WHAT JOB you stupid CUNT?

You rightwing MORONS are all the same - you think jobs that can actually pay rent are just hanging from low branches, even after MILLIONS of them just disappeared. And only dumbshits like you can't see this CAPITALISM in ACTION. BoA SUCKS so he's saying GO ELSEWHERE.

  • Senators and banksters are all the same!!! Support local credit unions and mom and pop businesses.

  • although at the surface, it seems like a better idea. but where the money comes from is the same. either way, u pay back more than 2 times what u owed, if u owed anything

  • If enough people go elsewhere, without violence, they WILL get the point. In the meantime, contact your local Senators and Reps and tell them how you feel. THEY WORK FOR YOU, THE TAXPAYER. Screaming on a camera CHANGES NOTHING. Actually doing something about it, non-violently, DOES. That's why the OWS protesters are USEFUL IDIOTS.

  • Move away from these zionist jew bankers and go to a credit union and give them a try.

  • I just happily closed mine today (11/17/11) after 3 long years of bullshit. I joined a local credit union and now feel a lot better about myself. BOA is Bank of Satan!

  • Bend Over America.... I love it!! I closed my accounts months ago :)

  • The ONLY reason banks can lend money is because OTHER people save money. They lend out other peoples money without their permission and make money for doing it. FUCK the banks...shut them down!! And to the COPS out there serving the money rather than THE PEOPLE you are suppose to protect....it's all karma, next week it's your money they steal.

  • I heard Mexico was in partners with Bank of America !

  • Closed mine.

  • "If 500 people do it it's not going to matter" maybe not but I'm still closing my account!

  • keep hireing the illegals and mexico will tell you what language to speak soon and change it to mexico bank

  • BUY SILVER, FUCK THE DOLLAR, THE BANKS CAN"T CONTROL SILVER. THE BANKS HAVE TURNED OUR DOLLAR INTO USELESS PAPER. YOU CANNOT EVEN WIPE YOUR ASS WITH IT. I GUESS MR. FREE IS THE NEW BOSS, HE JUST BOUGHT UP ALL THE BUSINESSES IN AMERICA AND WE ARE ALL NOW WORKING FOR FREE.

  • BACOS ESTUPIDOS, ESTAN ARRUINANDO LAS VIDAS A GENTE TRABAJADORA!

  • BANCO DE AMERICA, SON RATAS GORDAS!

  • I've been with a local credit union since I was 16 (about 1998). I've never been with a national bank and never will. Profit machines with fatcat executives are never a safe bet unless you're actually looking to get bent over the couch, so to speak. Especially in this day and age.

  • Not paying your loans won't kill you. Remember That

  • IT'S STILL NOT TOO LATE TO MOVE YOUR MONEY!

If you couldn't do it last week, do it this week. Please join this movement!

It's the only way to get through to them. Let the greedy banks know that we can play hardball, too.

  • Had an incident with them where they were charging me all kinds of overdraft fees on my account(this is after they had lost three hundred dollars in thier atm machine ) and had to credit me.I went in on the 20th of oct.,paid the bank fees and told them to close my account. Was told that the account would be closed by midnight of that day.As soon as I saw this video,I decided to call the automated service number to make sure the account was closed, instead it tells me I owe 35.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yes I agree skrew the banks everybody.

  • Another 19 million like him & we'll make a big difference.

  • Yeah!!! They forgot that we have the RRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLL POWER!!!!

  • dont pay your loans back! fuck em

  • @macrochronic I second that, and in fact, if you already have "bad credit" as a result of loan-shark tactics used by the big zombie-banks, you have nothing to lose by running up a tab. Anything under $5K is more expensive for them to bring to court than it would be to absorb the loss, so if you buy stuff that can't be repo'd (food, clothing, cleaning supplies, gas, etc) and keep it well below $5,000, there's nothing they can do but call you a lot. ONLY do this if your credit is already SCREWED.

  • check out this song theory pieces

  • +1 banksters murdered america

  • it's a lose - lose situation cause they got they money in other countries

  • Don't take this wrong .... I sympathize with your situation and it does suck ... however, you did sign a legally binding contract. They are within their rights to execute that contract.

If your credit is that good pull your funds from the Bank and roll your credit card debt over into one of the many available balance transfer interest free cards. Generally you can do a transfer and get 12 months interest free on balance transfers.

  • @creative3024 To continue .... If you cannot pay your credit card debt off in 12 months you are probably not a good credit risk which is why the Bank raised your rates. I will tell you that I have had no trouble with BofA. They financed 2 homes for me, they have my personal accounts and they have my business account. Having said that, I do read every line of every contract I have ever signed with them. And I have had changes made to those contracts BEFORE signing them.

  • Very Nice new logo. I have had my money in a credit union for a long time. Move your money to one soon.

  • 27 Bend Over America employees didn't like this vid.

  • BofA is a zombie bank like Citi. People have no business putting money in it, especially American taxpayers

  • Raised interest on my credit card because "We haven't done it in awhile" WTF is that? I'm a good card holder, and they raised it??? I'm with a credit union now.

  • We need to get in touch with our favorite politicians and tell them to pass legislation to limit interest rates. I think those laws were there sometime after the Great Depression but slowly those laws were rescinded.

It's that simple. Does not matter if you are Tea Party, Republican or Democrat tell your congressmen to but a stop to bank loan abuse.

  • Too bad it's still going on today.. no one will listen. not to 5 million, not to anyone. there are still people who don't believe what you're saying, or think it'll all just get fixed.. and those people are enough to make the bank very very happy for a long long time.. i hope one day i can be happy.

  • i have chase but don't know which bank is ok. anyone know? i really want to leave it

  • @ImplantedAgenda Go to the local credit union. Chase is part of Wells Fargo, They are just as fucking corrupt as BOA.

  • END THE FED OR FEED THE END !

  • Dumped the useless Bank of America... and now I am with Redwood Credit Union. Be very aware Bof A... When masses start to treat you with contempt you better be very very worried. Eventually you are going to suffer.

  • When you walk in the credit union for the first time, you feel totally liberated.

    Join a credit union.

  • Remember, remember the fifth of November.

  • I remember when Chase took over WaMu. I went to my bank and it was suddenly Chase and I was like, I don't want you guys I want WaMu.

Closed my account and now I have Keybank but I'm planning to start holding on to cash more and rely less on banks.

  • thank you sir for posting this. anonymous.

  • I'm on it

  • This is insane. You think closing your accounts with Bank of America and possibly putting thousands of people out of work is good for America?

  • @sweete8907 Tough shit. All those people from BoA can find work in other banks, if you're one of these great defenders of capitalism. Nobody owes anybody else a job in capitalism.

BoA employees SHOULD lose their jobs, and be denied all food, water, housing. Just let them survive on the street. What's the problem? Clearly, they don't see committing massive financial terrorism and fraud a problem.

  • @sweete8907 oh shut the fuck....boo hoo for bank of america employees loosing their job, tough shit. nobody cares

  • @sweete8907 Actually, yes it IS good for America. BoA, along with all of the other major banks, use the money that we put in their banks to buy political influence that harms the entire world, not just America. The primary responsibility of all corporations, by law, is to maximum shareholder profits, which is bad for America. With credit unions, the shareholders are the depositors. This means that they work in the best interest of the communities they serve.

  • @dilireus LOL.... oh my gosh this is one of the funniest bits of propaganda I have ever heard.... let me pause to listen to my favorite tune from Twisted Sister... We're not going to take it! No we're not going to take it! Anymore...!

  • @dilireus LOL What a lot of horsheet

  • @sweete8907 Too bad pal... they can easily go and work for Credit Unions. Most of us including me bit the bullet and was laid off. Get real and get smart... We're not going to take it ! No we are not going to take it anymore......

  • fuck yeah I wish people were brave enough to really form millions of people to close thee bank accounts

that would be like real rebelion..

  • @MesGodz It's coming just watch...

  • As any corporation or bank grows bigger... it stops noticing its customers.

Walmart and Bank of America are equally corrupt and don't give a shit about the destruction they are causing working families.

Think local - always... keep corporations and banks small... spread your money around... don't make any corp too big... it will attract only evil minds...

  • love the logo

  • I say B of A is for Bunch of A-holes

  • why are they doing the bank transfer day on a saturday? doesnt make much sense to me... most of those big banks close at noon on saturdays anyways, most of the people who will be involved in this bank transfer probably wont even be awake yet.

  • Bank TRANSFER Day . . . November 5th, 2011

  • B of A tried to put a foreclosure on my dad's house when he filed bankruptcy last year, even though they were NOT included in it. They got notice he was filing because B of A bought the mortgage from another bank, which he had no say about, and then argued when he tried to make his payment, which was how he found out about the foreclosure. He's stuck with them on it until he gets enough time under his belt from it and can't get refinancing to get away from them for 2 years! THEY FUCKIN SUCK!!

  • Great video Roy! BOA is the boil on the ass of America. I almost made the mistake a few years ago of going with them. Unfortunately I went with Wachovia which was sucked up by Wells Fargo. This week I'm saying 'bye bye' to them too and going with a community bank in my area.

  • Good on ya Roy, my wife and I both have a pretty good amount of money in BOA I will be closing out accounts as well.. Fuck Bend over America and fuck the horse they rhode in on.

  • BofA sucks! So glad I am not with them anymore. Fees up the ass, no customer service & bullshit rate hikes.

  • I switched to USAA from Bend over America this week. This video is spot on.

  • I don't understand, why do you must let a bank manage your money? Having a credit card was ok "cool" 20 years ago. Now? Huh. It makes no sense to have a bank account or a credit card. Those who do, are in for a big surprise, when banks freeze ALL accounts and keep ALL of your money! We must go back to paying everything cash! Work with CASH people! Stop using banks! You can do this yourselves! Stop being lazy! Really, stop bending over for these people!

  • @lennoxhijo well... i dont think that will work well for the economy. But then again, everything is so darn corrupt that it really doesnt matter anymore.

  • i work at Pan American Bank a local community bank ..im closing my account with bank of america today im tired of big banks my local bank is 3 billion times better stop the corportate thieves

  • awsome logo

  • im SO DONE with those big megbanks...moved to a local credit union in 2008!!

  • I did the same in 2002 after being a 10 year customer with Bof A. If I was Bof A I would be very worried about going extinct because of arrogant behavior and extremely poor customer service.

  • Because of fractional reserve banking, and the fact that they are only required BY LAW to hold only 10 percent of the assets, if more than a net ten percent of assets are requested at any time by enough people with accounts, the bank will close because it has to call in its debts. Know, be aware, prepare.

  • I bet he's happy now!

  • The sad thing is that just dropping Bank of America doesn't solve all the problems and hurts the thousands of BofA employees that are stuck working there. It just frustrates me because taking your money out of BofA doesn't hurt their CEO and assbags who caused the problem. it hurts bank tellers & middle men. FInally, if everyone followed this post, we would be emulating the conditions of the Great Depression and causing panic in an instable economy. He needs to think this tactic through more

  • @rabbitrun333 Like there isnt a depression now? Ohhhhh Pulllleeeezeee. Smell the coffee. I dumped this useless bank over 10 years ago. oh and it hurts their tellers etc? Oh like many of us havent lost our jobs as of 2008 anyway... Let me guess you are a Bof A employee.. Let's roll and bring this useless organization down to its knees!

  • @rabbitrun333 It will hurt BOA. He's right. Regional banking is the way to go. Regional bank employees will be very happy. Regional banks will grow. BOA former employees can go and work for financial institutions that are not raping our country.

    Win=Win

  • @rabbitrun333 We are already experiencing the early stages of a depression. Another depression is inevitable. It's coming, and the banks and federal reserve are largely to blame. If we FORCE the megabanks to fail, at least the depression that follows will be on our own terms. Something done of our free will... Not the will of the 1%.

  • I've been saying this same thing! If you want to hurt these bastards close out your accounts and go to a local credit Union or small bank in your community. I have been paying my bills with money orders for the last year now. Cut up the fuckin cards! mail them back with something heavy in the needs no stamp envelope so they have to pay the damned postage.

  • If you use a bank your throwing your money in the trash. If you use a credit card issued by a bank your throwing your money in the trash. A credit union preform all the same services as a bank, but they are not for profit. Since they don't have the extra cost of passive ownership they have less fees, lower interest rates for loans and credit cards, and they give you more money for your deposits.

  • @williamb293 Funny, I bank with a fairly large bank, and it costs me nothing. Even with bill pay (where they mail paper checks to who I tell them to), it costs me nothing and I get reimbursed atm fees every month. Tell me, how is this throwing money in the trash?

  • @tdoc2651 In my case i used 5th 3rd bank. They charged me 45 for international wire transfers, my credit union charges 35. 5th 3rd i got no interest with my checking account. .05% interest. at CU i get 0.05% for checking and 0.1% (double) for savings. Loans are cheaper, Shop around for CU online and you will see. The reason they cost less is because they are not for profit. their is always extra cost with regular banks so they can pay stock holders.

  • @tdoc2651 ^5 USAA...they charge no fees and reimburse ATM charges. :D Love them! I think there should be a mass Exodus from BOA to USAA.

  • You will freak out even more when you realise that that money you hold, actually is not yours... It is owned by the central bank!

  • wait till we have to cover the 75trillion in credit default swap debt when the greeks vote no in their referendum early next year all these steps taken by the fdic insuring that debt only means one thing greece will fall and drag the banks with them!

  • BANK TRANSFER DAY NOVEMBER 5TH!!!!

  • Can I close my account if I owe them 3,000 in credit card debt? LOL

  • Bank Run November 5th. Spread the word!

  • @PatriotGoUSA SHUT EM DOWN!!! Bank transfer day. Your time is up.

  • BOA charges $5 to cash their checks if you do not have an account with them. So if I write a BOA check for $5 to you, and you don't have a BOA account, you will receive $0 money from them when you cash it. This was the case in 2001. When you work a minimum wage job, $5 is allot of money. Especially when you pay check is written through BOA.

  • @promethiusrising Thats not how that works. The person you write the cheque to can cash it at their own bank.

  • @rabbitrun333 And when you are to poor to sustain a bank account? I lived this, don't try to tell me it went down different.

  • you where way ahead of the curve on this one

  • Go credit Union,everybody!

  • I advise people to stay away from this greedy financial institution.Go credit Union!

  • Great vid, great logo!

  • Haa, you were about 2 1/2 years ahead of time.. BofA just put derivatives on the back of the FDIC and people are starting to pull their money out in larger numbers.. Just a matter of time..

  • Well said!!!!

  • My company's payroll service went belly up without warning. One day, no paychecks were issued. Being a "direct deposit" guy, I had no idea. My checks came out of B of A the next day and I was hit with over 500 dollars worth of B of A overdraft fees. When I asked to have those fees lifted because of the mixup, and that I was able to cover the bills the very next day, I was told that B of A had done nothing wrong, go sue your payroll company. Right. Sue a company that was bankrupt, gone. FU

  • @samdogdamndog2 What a useless organization full of pirates. Dump the useless Bof A

  • I'm opening my local Credit Union account in about 1/2 an hour. Adios, B of A.......F U!

  • I endorse the passion, man; the anger grows.

An easy thing everyone could do would be to stop using all their plastic; keep enough cash on hand to go from pay-to-pay. Losing those fees would be a real kick in the balls.

End The Fed - Print Our Own Money

  • I'm can tell bofa is going down because these fees that they are imposing are last desperate measures to keep them afloat, Thank You to whoever thought of a mass exodus from bofa, this will be the stick that breaks the greedy a#@ camels back!!!!

  • I have been a loyal customer with BOA. However, I called them because I had a family member in a critical care unit and didn't want to leave the hospital. They assured me that they would waive any fees until the end of October. Well, they lied...they charged me and now I am closing all accounts with these greedy bottom dwellers. I would rather face my endodontist and have a root canal on every tooth in my head before I will let them steal from me again! Great video and love the new slogan!

  • Tell "Bank of Screw You America" that you no longer need their "services."
