go to your urologist, i would not exactly try to battle this prostate bullshit yourself drink unsulphered black strap molasses if you have pains, warm cup of water one table spoon, with each cup for about 4 days then once a day every 2 days youll be fine with the pains but the urine flow, i would say tell your doctor to get you on rapaflo that shit helps to get completely away from it ask your doctor on your options
@deadlystranglehold i've been struggling with this for 16 years. It has been a life changing illness. Uros have tried everything. I had a vasectomy in 09 and pains in my pelvic area became worse and the stabbing sharp pain in my right side pelvic area has become so unbearable that I had a reversal in 2010. No change in pain one year later. I've gone to every uro and nuerologist and im still in the same boat.
@dozer4444 alright mate do this in the buy ulsulphered black strap molasses organic though, drink it 3 times per day with one cup of warm water 8oz would be great water cannot be boiling though, for about four days straight then skip a day and do it every other day, for about 2 weeks you should be fine, also avoid at almost all cost prolonged seating dont sit for too long, only if you have too, eat plenty of veggies broccolli cawliflower steamed, and drink organic acai from sambazon :)
any one tried the direct injections ?? google it.. it is called unblocking treatment of the prostate where the doctor insert a needle to ur prostate and inject the right antibiotics directly .. also the injection contains a material that dissolve the calsification in the prostate so u will see it in ur pee .. DID ANYONE TRIED IT .. SHARE YOUR EXPERIANCE
@TheChallenger333 bro im from the philippines and im suffering from chronic prostatitis for about 9 months now...ive taken cipro,levofloxacin,bactrim,avodart,celebrex,lyrica...none of them cure me,then i went to use natural treatment like saw palmetto, fish oil, chamomile tea, ginger, vitamins zinc,c and b complex...it helps a little but the pain is still present...i use doctor allen belt and it didnt help me at all...now im using negative ion for my prostatitis doe 3 days now and lets see..goodluck
@TheChallenger333 i know i doctor here in our country who inject antibiotics directly to the prostate...but i havent try it and hoe not get in the point to do it...but if this illness dont go away soon,i might try it.... tomorrow il be trying to a asian doctor who knows acupuncture....il try to get his opinion about my situation...hit me back...GOD BLESS
c i hope they focus on this disease and find a cure for it .. i am suffering from it about a year ago .. antibiotics will not do any thing because the nature of this gland is not to be treated with antibiotics .. i didn't try the direct injections .. iam on the broccoli now and i hope i get well .. but i dont think so . there is alot of things to try .. this disease has no cure but u can make ur self better .. symptoms goes ups and downs .. god help us
bro im 30 yrs old i been diagnose having chronic prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome,i been suffering for 6 months now...i dont have pain during taking apee and taking a crap,my pain and discomfort starts after peeing and taking a crap, cipro and pain reliever didnt help me...i feel weak and in pain almost everyday...please respond if you or anyone you know can relate to my situation...thank you and GOD BLESS>>>
I just found that i have chronic prostatitis, (non-bacterial). I always feel depressed, always either in discomfort or pain. Can't think straight, cant enjoy myself in anything I do, except if I'm lying down cos that's where I'm most comfortable. But of course I cant lie down all day. The thing is, I'm only 17 years old, I've had this condition for 4 years, yet never known what it is till now. Hopefully, after many prayers and medications, I'll become better. This is truly a cruel condition
I had the acute version of this (I'm 22). I was put on cipro, hot baths, and alieve twice a day after going through a number of tests. I can not imagine having this for months/ years on end. It drove me crazy. Be well guys, I know how terrible and depressed I felt when I had that. Btw, raspberry juice is better for you than cranberry. Cranberry is for the bladder, raspberry is for the prostate and it also Tastes better.
chronic non bacterial prostatitis can be caused by yeasts i suppose, try not to eat sugar much, antibiotics dont work at all. my pain really gets bad if i play drums or ride a bike, a muscle related issue is definitely involved in prostatitis but symptoms dont go away if you stop those things, it only prevents your situation going worse.
Hey my frien i had problems with this i culd never find an onest answer took antibiotics 2 months dint do a thing it actuly made it worts so after a lot of research a came to the conclushion its not bactirial its a fungul infection an antibiotics make it wrost i have not take any diflucan but i'll tel u AZO yeast from over the counter did the trick ayaculations back to normal thank god no burning or discomfort take a lot of probiotics and magnisium cloride and u will see good luck
i myself is a victim of this disorder. It is hard to suffer from this disorder. I took medication for almost two and half months, good thing im ok now. My meds were combination of antibiotics and pain relievers.
I have a strong hunch that prostatitis -- as well as many other inflammatory conditions -- is caused by INACTIVITY; Specifically, a lack of oxygen-rich blood flow circulating through the prostate from sitting on my ass all day long roaming the internet. That's just me though.
I suffer from chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain ever since i had a bacterial infection since july of 2009 but at first it was epidiamytis then turned into prostatitis. I been suffering ever since even and cant even work yet. I took antibiotics and lots of different ones but none of them work but I started eating raw garlic everyday 2 to 3 cloves a day recently and feeling big improvement anyone trying to get relief should try this first then take a good suppliment after 2 weeks
I have had prostaitis now for 5 months. cipro was the only pill that has worked so far. but once I stopped it it never worked again. my urologist now says I have epididymitis which is an infection of the epididymis , the tube that connects the testicle caused by my prostate infection.
I'm constantly ran down with fever , low back pain, testicle pain , erection difficulty , and stabbing pains in the penis , urinating on myself , my low back feels like its on fire it burns
I just want to warn all of you: Many doctors prescribe Cipro or Levaquin for prostatitis. These are POISON! I was given Cipro 14 months ago for prostatitis and today I am absolutely crippled because of it. I cannot walk anymore and have HORRIFIC muscular skeletal injuries. You must be EXTREMELY careful with quinolone antibiotics or you could very well end up exactly like me. Doctors are POISONING their patients with this shit!!! They'll tell you it's safe. They are LYING. Google it.
enlarge prostate is a great place to grow bacteria!!i got rid of my 30yr. problem in 3 weeks, in the winter, i take cinnamon& honey along with 1000mg of vitamin C to keep from gettin colds or flu.3 times a week now THAT THE SMELL IS GONE ! i take saw palmetto, sting nettles, pumpkinseed, pygeum africanum it helps me sleep thru the nite those herbs help me to empty my bladder
I found that taking 'cinnnamon with raw honey (warm) got rid of bacterial infection in the bladder i had for 30 yrs..(because i had trouble empting my bladder ) . if i didn't drank it (cranberry)5 or 6 times a day my infection would be as strong ( strong smelling urine & bo) as ever!! i seen it on "utube"i take some warm water, put in cinnamon let it cool just alittle than add the honey stir it up i did this for 3 weeks and i don't have an infection anymore
I had this badly from 21 to about 25 and I mean VERY VERY bad I was bed bound at one point. Pain to the point I was freaking out!
I am now 30 and it is basically nothing anymore - GONE. I never even think on it. If they tell you it never gets better or goes away, well it did for me. Hellish first couple years though until it ebbed.
All these silly cures none of them work did them all.
It could be a lot worse guys...you can beat it I did...
@scottishcluj i beg u what u did to be cured im about to commit suicide i have cpps non bacterial 2 years ago im suffering alot i cant live i tried all medications and all not work with me plz help me what i use
Take this : 1-Flaxseed Oil (or Fish Oils) 2-Pollen Grains 3-Multi-Vitamins Multi-Minerals capsules (Warning: it should have Zinc & must not contain Ascorbic Acid because it irritate the bladder, instead it should contain Sodium or Calthium Ascorbate or what called "Coated Vitamin C") 4-this disease can harm your Common & Mental Health, feeling tired, stress, can't focus or remember well, So take "Wheat Germ Oil" that should help alot on that.
Attention fellow prostatitis sufferers have your doctor prescribe you pyridium.. It has been making me feel normal.. But it makes your piss and tears turn orange
Hi guys I'm another victim prostatitis i have been suffer from it about 3.5 yrs i do have question How can i do make broccoli protocol exactly ..any one can tell me please
wow... im glad to see all of you. now i know im not alone. i was 24 yrs. old when i was diagnosed with prostatitis. i undergo antibiotics for about a month the burning sensation subsided for a while but it didnt go away so i went back to the doctor and continued my antibiotics for about 4 mnths but still it didnt cure me. im 26 now... i been battling this for a about 11/2 yrs... im going to try the brocoli treatment hopefully it works... im with you guys!!! we can get over this shit!!!!
@iwantanormalprostate - Antibiotics won't cure a Fungal infection of the Prostate, which is very common - and then you need an Anti Fungal med for that !
I found a miracle CURE. It is BROCCOLI. Just drink broccoli water. Google broccoli protocol on the internet. I am cured in just two weeks of treatment. I have had prostatitis since I was 16, I am now 36. I had pain in scrotum, pelvic area, painful urination, frequent urination, ED, premature ejaculation. back pain, loss of energy, loss of libdo. Now after just two weeks of treatment I am symptom free. Sex is amazing, ejaculation is more intense. Just try it, nothing to lose. It is good for you
i thought i was bad, i have been suffering from severe chronic prostatitis for almost 9 years now ever since Summer of 2001.
i feel as though the last 9 years of my life have been totally waste as i have done nothing in the last years as a result of my CP.
Ever since i caught this problem my life has just been going downhill in every singlke possible way because i am always in so much pain to do anything at all or to put my mind fully at anything.
Here's an update to my comments of a month ago. My symptoms are about 70% improved. What works: Watermelon and a prostalex tab every day - if I skip a day the symptoms get worse. Also a level teaspoon of mccormack ginger powder dissolved in hot soup once a day. No other spices except salt, and very little fresh garlic. I have coffee with milk, whiskey with water, home cooked roast, beans, lentils, vegetables, organic brown rice, pistacios, avacodo. No spicy foods, ketchup, chocolate or cheese.
Well, in the last three weeks all the stuff I was doing failed me. Last Wednesday after a couple of days of snow shovelling I got a urinary retention (full blockage) and had to go to the emergency room to get catherized. They removed 1400cc of urine that had accumulated in less than a day. My biggest mistake was to keep drinking liquid when the blockage was starting in an effort to urinate. After 5 days on the catheter I started Flowmax
...In 12 hours Flowmax relaxed my prostate and the bladder-urethra connection. I don't know if prostatitis or the enlarged prostate is my problem. I have given up all the food and natural supplement approaches because they failed me. Right now the Flowmax has me flowing OK with most of the burning gone. I may have the TUMT procedure to trim my prostate with microwaves where it surrounds the urethra. I have come to believe the urgency and burning pain is all from bladder spasms.I'll post again.
...I picked a urologist close to home with a good rating and no bad reviews. He will test my bladder urine retention levels and do a Cystoscopy to check for blockages in the bladder and urethra. He doesn't want me on Flowmax long term so we are on the same page there. I ordered intermittant catheter kits to catherize myself if I get blocked again. The pressure on the bladder was unbearable. A Foley catheter from the ER is not something I want to repeat. Maybe the TUMT will work. I'll post again.
It's been 3 months since my low energy TUMT procedure (using the Thermatrx machine). After the procedure I needed the foley catheter for about 3 weeks. If anyone has ever had a complete urinary blockage, which also happens frequently after the TUMT, learning to catherize yourself with a sterile one use intermittant catheter is way better than driving to the ER. Research I have done shows that about 2/3 of people who get the TUMT are good for anywhere from 3 to 8 or more years.
@bobspez .. continued .... I had an enlarged prostate and probably prostatitis as well. Supplements and food restrictions only worked for 2 months. Flomax only worked for 2 months. The low energy TUMT has increased my flow to moderate, decreased urination during the day to every 3 to 4 hours, though I still go 6 to 8 times a night. But the worst symptoms of burning, very weak stream, straining and total blockages are gone. Some people with prostatitis (no enlargement) have benefited as well.
if it was me I would fully stop drinking coffe during my way to recovery,I woud not take any chances,I know the body is capable of fixing it self if you create the corect environment for it to do so,those treatments that I had tried will not harm a person in any way if done logicaly with comon sence but the rewrds are great
voice of reason, Thanks for all the info. I agree about doctors. They are good for trauma injuries but 98% are useless when it comes to chronic diseases. For me, mentally dealing with the burning pain is crucial. A few rounds of intense pain daily shouldn't rule my whole day. A soft couch or a soft bed at night really seems to aggravate it. I will continue rotating Prostalex and prosta Response every few days, with the flax oil and give the watermelon a try, and post back. Merry Christmas.
@prince111705 It has been about 18 months since my TUMT procedure. My nocturia got very bad about a month ago (getting up every hour most nights, and getting up 20 to 30 times some nights). My urologist did a cystoscope and said my prostate had grown back and was completely blocked again and I needed a green light pvp laser treatment to burn off most of the inside of the prostate (like coring an apple). I am holding off on that a while. .... continued ....
@bobspez .... continued -2...The TUMT was supposed to last 5 years, but didn't. The cystoscope gave me a UTI, so I was on 10 days of levaquin followed by 5 days of cipro. Had to catherize myself once and only had 150 ml of residual urine, so I'm not as bad as I was before the TUMT when I was having about 250 ml. of residual urine. My stream is weak to moderate, so not as bad as before the TUMT when it was just dibbles. If the residual and retention gets much worse I will go for the pvp laser..
@bobspez ...continued-3... My main complaint is the nocturia. Recently I have been trying inverted bed therapy which is raising the whole bed (not just the top half) at a 5 degree angle at the head, 6 to 7 inch blocks raise the legs at the head of the bed. It actually lowered my nocturia average from 12x a night to 6x a night in 2 weeks. For me, 6x a night is OK because I pee in a jug by the bed and go back to sleep. 20x a night is a killer - I can't sleep at all because I'm up every 15 minutes.
@bobspez wow you been through a lot,may i ask how old are you?how long do you have chronic prostatitis?me im on 9 months of suffering from prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome...everyday is a struggle...pain,pain,pain.....i took cipro, levofloxacin, harnal, celebrex for two months,i wasnt cure...im now in natural remedies like broccoli, chamomile tea, fish oil and vitamins...and im doing acupuncture tom il have my 7th session...i feel it helps with the pain..i dont experience,urgency,nocturia-
@prince111705 I am retired, in my mid 60's. Before the TUMT my main symptoms were intense burning and inability to pee more than an ounce at a time, and finally a complete urinary retention, requiring catherization, all of which was probably due to an enlarged prostate. After the TUMT I still experienced occasional burning and bladder spasms if I ate spicy food, so I could never could figure if I had prostatitis or Interstitial cystitis or the aftermath of an enlarged prostate .... continued ..
@bobspez ..continued .. for about 35 years I have had polyuria, always went every hour or two during the day. The nocturia started about 6 or 7 years ago. I tried all the natural cures and supplements, nothing worked for long. Then I tried eating / avoiding certain foods, but it was not the answer either. I think the nocturia may be caused by release of vasopressin during the day instead of the night. If I am up constantly at night a 2mg xanax can quiet my bladder and put me to sleep.
@bobspez ..continued...more... Prince, one thing I found is that you have to do your own research and do what works for you. There are so many people with interstitial cystitis, prostatitis, polyuria, nocturia, nervous bladder, etc., and it's unclear what the cause is, and what will or won't help. For me the most important thing is to keep my head, keep chipping away at it, and be happy with incremental improvements. Even if it gets no better, if I can accept it, I can still have a life.
@bobspez ...continued..one more thing... Prince, the only time I have had pain in the groin, buttocks, penis, etc. was during my UTI recently, and after the TUMT procedure. At night, during the UTI a microwave heating pad helped with the pain. You heat it in the microwave for a few minutes and place it above the bladder and it provides damp heat for about 40 minutes. During painful bladder spasms I also practiced rapid breathing in and out for about 10 seconds until the sharp spasms passed.
@bobspez thank you sir for the info...i really appreciate it...your right about researching what works for me...every sufferer have different symptoms...im a school service driver and the pain comes out or increases when im sitting for a long time...but i cant stop cause my family are defending on me..im just 30 years old with one child...i cant imagine having this for years or forever...so every help i can get is very much appreciated...can you still walk or do normal stuffs??
@prince111705 I am pretty healthy and can do gardening, walking, etc. I don't have pain. I do notice that if I eat spicy foods (Chinese, or Italian with Sauce, or Mexican) I do get burning in my urine, so my bladder and/or prostate reacts to spicy food. My main symptoms are the nocturia and weak stream. I really believe it's best to look for things to improve, but accept it may take more time than you want. The psychological part of this can be worse than the physical if you let it rule you.
@bobspez --and voiding, the symptoms for me are pain in the perineum, lower back, buttocks, groin, constipation, pain in the penis and scrotum and feeling weak after bowel and urinating...but some of it dont show now,i dont know why but i think the acupuncture and moxibustion helps...this illness we have is so life ruining and i hope nobody else will experience this...i hope someday we will be cure completely...please update me whenever youll have a free time...GODBLESS..
voiceofreason, I have been eating watermelon for a few days and I do believe it is flushing out my system, because the burn during and especially after urinating is down significantly, to the point it went from nearly unbearable to mildly annoying. I have been eating about half of a "personal watermelon" a day. They look and taste just like regular watermelon except they are seedless and round and the size of a soccer ball. That and one Prostalex a day is all I take now.
I also begining to see that doctors and pharmacy dont want us to be fully qured ,after all we are their customers, they want us to try all this shit antibiotics,I read that fiew guys on this forum are suffering allready for up to 6 years !! and still have faith in doctors,Im a scientist by profesion but Im convinced that there are no safer and more reliable cures than from nature in "MOST "cases
I read that the prostatitis could off originated from my large intestain so I did not taken any chances I flushed the colon with epsom salts first and than with garlic and water,Im not sure wether it was the combination of all these things because gradualy the symptomes were despering ,but I still felt very dim discomfort before the watermelon treatment and after finaly I got rid of that illnes,Im convinced that antibiotics are not the best treatment ,
I was jucing half the watermelon with the skin and the other half was eating without the skin but with the seeds, for about 14 days,in the morning drank cranbery and bluebery shake, basicaly I had becomed raw vegan 4 months ago and my health week by week improved, with the watermelon the burning got less after just 3 days but by than I was a raw vegan foe 3 months, every friday I detoxed by fasting on wter and lemon ,and made my self colonic cleansing device to save the costs
cranbery juice is great for the bladder and uninery if the bacteria had spread there ,but I found that for prostate is the watermelon, yes boys-it sounds to simple but it worked, half of watermelon perday will make you pee and flush out everything,
but you must not take the anibiotics because they supress the imune system
I also used colodial silver to clean the blood, prostate filter the blood so it is a good idea to clean it out,all my symptomes disapered, sex fills great again,
Voiceof reason, how long did you have the chronic prostatitis, and how long did the watermelon take to work? Does the watermelon work without the other diet steps? Does it work if yu don't eat the rind and seeds, just a half a watermelon? I am having some relief after a few days with 3 Prosta Response tabs a day and 2 tbsp of flaxseed oil morning and night. Had to eliminate all spices, liquor, have just one coffee per day, lots of water, bland natural food.
People think they have a problem with peeing too much. Wait until you can't pee, and the last drops feel like burning fish hooks. It's as painful as a bladder infection and will change your life.
my problem started last november 2008 and it was geting worse ,I was so sick that I had to take time of work,I got antibiotics but found that Im allergic to most of theso called good ones, visited about 14 differant doctors,2 urologists,2 chineese doctors,1 naturopathhad endoscopy, prostate squise,no one could identify the bacteria, fungus or virus,so I took things into my hands by changing the diet which made me feel better and finally watermelon did the trick
Guess what guys?? I think I have found a cure for prostatitis..
first -docters cant help you because most of the time antibiotics dont work, they only make money for the drug companys.
second -urologists are the sime shit, they only make them self rich on your misury,BECAUSE THERE IS NO MONEY IN HEALTH,THERE IS ONLY MONEY IN DESEASE..REMEMBER THAT BOYS !!!
NATURE WILL ALWAYS WIN !!I had been sufering for one year before I fainly founded,But I was not afraid to try it.
I also learned that sexual arousal has an effect of building pressure upon the prostate and its constancy can cause a sort of "redline" effect as if holding a trigger down too long on a machine gun or revving an engine too long; things tend to stay stimulated too long which can lead to non bacterial prostatitis over time, depending on the current state of health in reference to the adrenals and other endocrine glans...
your absolutely right.... sexual arousal can absolutley have that effect....it's amazing to me that they talk about that! it really makes you doubt their information when they neglect discussing that.
I got prostatitis when I was 28 and im now 31 with no worries... I didn't want to go to the doctor but flipped out and did after a full day of not being able to urinate.... He gave me an antibacterial shot which reduced the swelling.... I never take medication but it was urgent... I took them for about 5 more days and couldnt bare the thought anymore so I used my AutoZapper, I zapped in morning at work and within an hr had an urgency to urinate and it was brown bcz of killed bacteria.....
I might try suicide because these doctors just don't give a shit. They come in for 5 minutes and charge me $335 and then go to the next victim. And then go back to their mansions and play golf. It's the same crap- Doxycycline and ibuprofen does'nt work!
I've been suffering from what my urologist says is prostatitis for an entire month now...and it's only getting worse. My quality of life is GONE. I'm in constant pain and discomfort. I'm 30 years old and about to move back in with my parents because I can't function as a normal human being like this. I'm extremely depressed thinking this could be forever. I don't know what to do...the doc gave me antibiotics but they're not working. I feel like my life is over unless I can get rid of this.
sorry to hear that , hope what you have it is not chronic i got it when i was 33 i have it now for 2 and half year , for me when it goes up i take levaquin and flomax. to be honest with i feel i'm not normal human some time but you have to learn to life with it , you will see alot who wants to market prostste formula and things i mean it is your call. this footage is good for me i take A to zinc and vitamin C
be patient with antibiotics needs 6 weeks to kick in
Have you tried any herbs or anything? I read that some people have a lot of luck with them...others, not so much. I'm going to try everything I can to knock this out. It's just hard when the doctors don't even treat this like a serious condition--they just give you a simple pee test, prescribe you antibiotics and say "go live with it." It's obvious I'm gonna have to do this myself. Having my penis, bladder and spine hurt all day and all night for the rest of my life is simply not an option.
No, i didn't try any herbs , i understand your feelings man. it is same with me , yes i remember the face of the 3 doctors i went to see how they react when i asked them what shall i do .........freakin live with it, if any thing works with you please let me know
i have the same problem. I have prostatitis for 1 year now. and it's really hard. I have been under many tests but the doctors cannot tell exactly what kind of bacteria is causing my prostatitis. And the antibiotics i took didn't work. I also feel weird sensations on different parts of the body.
Hi guy i do have prostatitis for 2 years now i got it when i was 33 years old i'm real sick and tired from my prostate i did every thing on this clip BUT i still feel pain and urinate every 1,5-2 hours please i took meds. who did the prostate massage ? it is any good ? or it is just converting straight to gay ?
the massage is bullshit, try this prosta q (it´s natural) twice a day and ejaculate twice a week , avoid alcohol, caffeine and spicy food and don´t ride bicycles and eat alot of pumpkin seed and bee pollen and royal jelly and honey , take hot baths i´m not a doctor but i have the same problem , good luck
Cranberry and Saw Palmetto dont help. Antibiotics feel good but like do NOT help for chronic prostatitis. Alpha blockers have ugly side effects, best dont take em.
Quercetin works best with Bromelain. To reduce inflamation MSM, Boswellia Serata and Zinc help but you have to take them some time to feel the effect. Bee pollen helps but you need to take loads!
Best is: do a detox diet to get rid of all the toxins in your body; loads of tee, daily jogging. i did it and the inflamation was gone!
I just got a pulsating infra-red gadget from SOTA, and have been using it on my prostate. I've found positive results already. Why didn't I think of this 9 or 10 years ago, when it was fresh and really painful.
same problem for years with only abnormal test that of Psa rated in 3.5 and I am only 27.Ihave this burn in urinating and ejaculation since 17 with no tritment.Any medicine did almost nothing and that has affected me psychologically.Maybe it's a vicious circle...I don't Know.Maybe stress causes the symptoms and after that the symptoms causes stress...
ive had a burning pain when urinating for a year now...and im 17. the doctors thought it was a stricture. i had all the tests catheter etc. and now they think it may be prostrate infection. i had a 1 month course of antibiotics about 8 months ago which didnt clear it up. im now on another course. the first week of tablets really helped but now it feels like theres no more improvement. really annoying getting me down big time :(
I accidentally gave myself a type of prostate disorder in '99 by holding back my ejaculation. I lived with pain for years, and still to this day am not back to normal. I found that bee pollen, wheat grass juice and olive leaf extract have really helped me with this problem.
If you have infection, look up the 'Dr Bob Beck Protocol'. It is a cure for all infection with electro-medicine.
Prostatitis is caused by 1 of 2 things. Either from an infection, usually caused by giving your wife one up the wrong'en! In which case, 4-8weeks of anti-biotics will clear it up. Or it's chronic, in which case it is caused by stress. If this is the case, how long it lasts is up to you. Start relaxing, check out your reactions to everyday life, laugh everyday, and stop focusing on it!! Maybe join a church help a charity, it will go, and you will be ok.
I heard cranberry juice isnt actually good for an enlarged prostate because of the levels of acidity in the cranberry juice, which is an irritant. It is good for the unirary tract though. I been dealing with non bacterial prostatits only for 3 months, but its pissing me off. No doctor knows what the hell is causing it. Im too young for this shit, but it could be worse so i try and look at the bright side. Hope it clears up for you sooner rather than later!
Good luck to you man, it's 7 months later for me and im still fucking dealing with it. All urologist ive dealt with are fucking morons too. I read that the whole prostatitis problem isn't well understood, yet what do these doctors do? Nothing. If they cant prescribe us pills to make money they don't give a shit. I'm ready to rip out my prostate myself. I got 2 kids i don't need it anymore. I can't even drink beer it irritates the shit out of it! i'd kill for a beer right now...
I'm ridiculously tired too because i havent had a full night sleep in i can't tell you how fucking long. I wake up every 2 hours having to piss. The past couple months i completley changed my diet and starting excercising 6 days a week. Everywhere else feels great, i lost weight and getting fit yet my fucking prostate is still being a little douchebag. The people demand cures!!!! I say we get a big prostatitis rally going and march right up to some medical institute and make them cure us!!!
IF ITS NOT BACTERIAL, MOST LIKELY YOU'RE BEING A TIGHT ASS.........STOP CLENCHING OR QUIT CHRONICALLY TRYING TO CONTRACT YOUR PELVIC MUSCLES, you don't know you're doing it, its a reaction to stress, i suffered from prostatitis for a while til i found a urologist who told me that prostatitis in a lot of cases is being caused by chronic contractions of the pelvic floor
@overdozerecords Wow you should really look into things before hearing what someone has to say. Someone who has Prostatitis without a Urinary Tract Infection for longer than 3 months are considered to have Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome, therefore they are in CONSTANT pain after having several struggles with Prostatitis. Tightening your Pelvic muscles is just an excuse for your doctor to not treat your pain. that's right....AN EXCUSE
Oh this guys has how it went away for me...forget to say in my post. But it takes so long to learn to stop this! In fact I found even thinking to stop it makes it keep doing it. Keep busy and you can forget that way. Your mind eventually does disconnect. If your obsessive though with thinking about your pelvis it will not disconnect. I forgot about it that is how I think I cured it. I know sounds silly...but there you go.
@scottishcluj Honestly? I think you are right, because when I dont think about (rare moments) it I find myself feeling better when I come back to thinking about it. If you understand me.
Yes. I've had it. 95% of cases are non-bacterial, which means it's mostly nerves, but it sure feels like you're dying and suffering from some godawful disease of the nuts, etc.
@overdozerecords Everyone should be open to the idea that the condition is a chronic contraction...HOWEVER...please consider the idea that a chronic contraction could be interpreted as an infection, that the body is "guarding itself" against. When we have an injury, the body tenses the area as a protective reflex. I maintain that prostatitis is nearly always an infection of SOME sort. This was my personal experience, and was relieved successfully when I self-treated for yeast; NOT bacteria.
@oxk4r01 I'm doing another video in my series covering ionic silver very soon, which is what I use to take care of the yeast. It works for me, and in vitro testing is shown to be effective against fungal/yeast/candida issues. My pending video will also discuss a friend who used it to cut his PSA test in half, within two weeks. This was something I personally witnessed, so I will be reporting on it in that context. Ionic Silver, which I have a playlist of videos on, saved my butt big time.
I did brocoli for a week and started feeling better...... then I started taking antibiotic and started feeling bad again....

go to your urologist, i would not exactly try to battle this prostate bullshit yourself drink unsulphered black strap molasses if you have pains, warm cup of water one table spoon, with each cup for about 4 days then once a day every 2 days youll be fine with the pains but the urine flow, i would say tell your doctor to get you on rapaflo that shit helps to get completely away from it ask your doctor on your options

What i take:
1) Saw Palmetto (Gnc)
2) Turmeric Curcumin (Gnc)
3) Quercetin Complex (Solgar)
4) Bee polen
5) Fish oil and mineral, vitamin complex
chronic non bacterial prostatitis can be caused by yeasts i suppose, try not to eat sugar much, antibiotics dont work at all. my pain really gets bad if i play drums or ride a bike, a muscle related issue is definitely involved in prostatitis but symptoms dont go away if you stop those things, it only prevents your situation going worse.

Google it.

After 5 days on the catheter I started Flowmax
.4 mg. I almost blocked again but the flowmax
in 12 hrs.
bobspez 2 years ago
...In 12 hours Flowmax relaxed my prostate and the bladder-urethra connection. I have come to believe the urgency and burning pain is all from bladder spasms.I'll post again.
bobspez 2 years ago
...I picked a urologist close to home with a good rating and no bad reviews. I'll post again.
bobspez 2 years ago
@bobspez
Research I have done shows that about 2/3 of people who get the TUMT are good for anywhere from 3 to 8 or more years.
bobspez 1 year ago
@bobspez .. continued .... Some people with prostatitis (no enlargement) have benefited as well.

voiceofreason72 2 years ago
voice of reason, Thanks for all the info. Merry Christmas.
bobspez 2 years ago
@bobspez how is your prostatitis now?
prince111705 4 months ago
@prince111705 It has been about 18 months since my TUMT procedure. My nocturia got very bad about a month ago (getting up every hour most nights, and getting up 20 to 30 times some nights). My urologist did a cystoscope and said my prostate had grown back and was completely blocked again and I needed a green light pvp laser treatment to burn off most of the inside of the prostate (like coring an apple). I am holding off on that a while. .... continued ....
bobspez 4 months ago
@bobspez .... continued -2...The TUMT was supposed to last 5 years, but didn't. The cystoscope gave me a UTI, so I was on 10 days of levaquin followed by 5 days of cipro. Had to catherize myself once and only had 150 ml of residual urine, so I'm not as bad as I was before the TUMT when I was having about 250 ml. of residual urine. My stream is weak to moderate, so not as bad as before the TUMT when it was just dibbles. If the residual and retention gets much worse I will go for the pvp laser..
bobspez 4 months ago
@bobspez ...continued-3... My main complaint is the nocturia. Recently I have been trying inverted bed therapy which is raising the whole bed (not just the top half) at a 5 degree angle at the head, 6 to 7 inch blocks raise the legs at the head of the bed. It actually lowered my nocturia average from 12x a night to 6x a night in 2 weeks. For me, 6x a night is OK because I pee in a jug by the bed and go back to sleep. 20x a night is a killer - I can't sleep at all because I'm up every 15 minutes.
bobspez 4 months ago
@bobspez wow you been through a lot,may i ask how old are you?how long do you have chronic prostatitis?me im on 9 months of suffering from prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome...everyday is a struggle...pain,pain,pain.....i took cipro, levofloxacin, harnal, celebrex for two months,i wasnt cure...im now in natural remedies like broccoli, chamomile tea, fish oil and vitamins...and im doing acupuncture tom il have my 7th session...i feel it helps with the pain..i dont experience,urgency,nocturia-
prince111705 4 months ago
@prince111705 I am retired, in my mid 60's. Before the TUMT my main symptoms were intense burning and inability to pee more than an ounce at a time, and finally a complete urinary retention, requiring catherization, all of which was probably due to an enlarged prostate. After the TUMT I still experienced occasional burning and bladder spasms if I ate spicy food, so I could never could figure if I had prostatitis or Interstitial cystitis or the aftermath of an enlarged prostate .... continued ..
bobspez 4 months ago
@bobspez ..continued .. for about 35 years I have had polyuria, always went every hour or two during the day. The nocturia started about 6 or 7 years ago. I tried all the natural cures and supplements, nothing worked for long. Then I tried eating / avoiding certain foods, but it was not the answer either. I think the nocturia may be caused by release of vasopressin during the day instead of the night. If I am up constantly at night a 2mg xanax can quiet my bladder and put me to sleep.
bobspez 4 months ago
@bobspez ..continued...more... Prince, one thing I found is that you have to do your own research and do what works for you. There are so many people with interstitial cystitis, prostatitis, polyuria, nocturia, nervous bladder, etc., and it's unclear what the cause is, and what will or won't help. For me the most important thing is to keep my head, keep chipping away at it, and be happy with incremental improvements. Even if it gets no better, if I can accept it, I can still have a life.
bobspez 4 months ago
@bobspez ...continued..one more thing... Prince, the only time I have had pain in the groin, buttocks, penis, etc. was during my UTI recently, and after the TUMT procedure. At night, during the UTI a microwave heating pad helped with the pain. You heat it in the microwave for a few minutes and place it above the bladder and it provides damp heat for about 40 minutes. During painful bladder spasms I also practiced rapid breathing in and out for about 10 seconds until the sharp spasms passed.
bobspez 4 months ago
@bobspez thank you sir for the info...i really appreciate it...your right about researching what works for me...every sufferer have different symptoms...im a school service driver and the pain comes out or increases when im sitting for a long time...but i cant stop cause my family are defending on me..im just 30 years old with one child...i cant imagine having this for years or forever...so every help i can get is very much appreciated...can you still walk or do normal stuffs??
prince111705 4 months ago
@prince111705 I am pretty healthy and can do gardening, walking, etc. I don't have pain. I do notice that if I eat spicy foods (Chinese, or Italian with Sauce, or Mexican) I do get burning in my urine, so my bladder and/or prostate reacts to spicy food. My main symptoms are the nocturia and weak stream. I really believe it's best to look for things to improve, but accept it may take more time than you want. The psychological part of this can be worse than the physical if you let it rule you.
bobspez 4 months ago

Thanks for the help.

Had to eliminate all spices, liquor, have just one coffee per day, lots of water, bland natural food.

well he it goes
1. go on raw vegan diet
2.one day a week fast drinking only water with lemon
3.avoid all alchohol, tabaco ,drugs and if posible medications
4 once per month clean your colon with epsom salts twice and third time with garlic (dont forget to replace the good bacteria)
5 MODERATE exercise and cold shower every morning
6 my super hero that finely did the trick
"humble watermelon" juice with the SKIN and eat with the black seeds, the magic is in the skin and the seed also

second -urologists are the sime shit, they only make them self rich on your misury,BECAUSE THERE IS NO MONEY IN HEALTH,THERE IS ONLY MONEY IN DESEASE..REMEMBER THAT BOYS !!!
NATURE WILL ALWAYS WIN !!I had been sufering for one year before I fainly founded,But I was not afraid to try it.

I also learned that sexual arousal has an effect of building pressure upon the prostate and its constancy can cause a sort of "redline" effect as if holding a trigger down too long on a machine gun or revving an engine too long; things tend to stay stimulated too long which can lead to non bacterial prostatitis over time, depending on the current state of health in reference to the adrenals and other endocrine glans...
trainer1x 2 years ago
your absolutely right.... sexual arousal can absolutley have that effect....it's amazing to me that they talk about that! it really makes you doubt their information when they neglect discussing that.

Having my penis, bladder and spine hurt all day and all night for the rest of my life is simply not an option.
papatoony 2 years ago
No, i didn't try any herbs , i understand your feelings man. it is same with me , yes i remember the face of the 3 doctors i went to see how they react when i asked them what shall i do .........freakin live with it, if any thing works with you please let me know

i have the same problem. I have prostatitis for 1 year now. and it's really hard. I have been under many tests but the doctors cannot tell exactly what kind of bacteria is causing my prostatitis. And the antibiotics i took didn't work. I also feel weird sensations on different parts of the body.

Hi guy i do have prostatitis for 2 years now i got it when i was 33 years old i'm real sick and tired from my prostate i did every thing on this clip BUT i still feel pain and urinate every 1,5-2 hours please i took meds. who did the prostate massage ? it is any good ? or it is just converting straight to gay ?
ahmedzs74 2 years ago
the massage is bullshit, try this prosta q (it´s natural) twice a day and ejaculate twice a week , avoid alcohol, caffeine and spicy food and don´t ride bicycles and eat alot of pumpkin seed and bee pollen and royal jelly and honey , take hot baths i´m not a doctor but i have the same problem , good luck

Look into the 'Dr Beck Protocol'. A magnetic pulser might help you.
Also look into Rife machines.

How long ago did you do it, and have you made a full recovering yet?
germanicelt 2 years ago
no, but i think i am the good way, slowly ......
perineal pain now is over.
I think that it is a "sexual disorder" more than prostate disorder,
almirCCR 2 years ago

@RunOut1724 lol man i have it for 5 months, going to the uroligist again in about 2 hours, lol i feel ya
shakeemoff 2 years ago
Good luck to you man, it's 7 months later for me and im still fucking dealing with it. All urologist ive dealt with are fucking morons too. I read that the whole prostatitis problem isn't well understood, yet what do these doctors do? Nothing. If they cant prescribe us pills to make money they don't give a shit. I'm ready to rip out my prostate myself. I got 2 kids i don't need it anymore. I can't even drink beer it irritates the shit out of it! i'd kill for a beer right now...
RunOut1724 2 years ago
I'm ridiculously tired too because i havent had a full night sleep in i can't tell you how fucking long. I wake up every 2 hours having to piss. The past couple months i completley changed my diet and starting excercising 6 days a week. Everywhere else feels great, i lost weight and getting fit yet my fucking prostate is still being a little douchebag. The people demand cures!!!! I say we get a big prostatitis rally going and march right up to some medical institute and make them cure us!!!
RunOut1724 2 years ago
IF ITS NOT BACTERIAL, MOST LIKELY YOU'RE BEING A TIGHT ASS.........STOP CLENCHING OR QUIT CHRONICALLY TRYING TO CONTRACT YOUR PELVIC MUSCLES, you don't know you're doing it, its a reaction to stress, i suffered from prostatitis for a while til i found a urologist who told me that prostatitis in a lot of cases is being caused by chronic contractions of the pelvic floor
overdozerecords 2 years ago 4

I know sounds silly...but there you go.
scottishcluj 1 year ago
@scottishcluj Honestly? I think you are right, because when I dont think about (rare moments) it I find myself feeling better when I come back to thinking about it. If you understand me.

@overdozerecords Wait ohk , does prostatitis make your testicles hurt or anything around there?
JamesBankman6 1 year ago
@JamesBankman6
Yes. I've had it. 95% of cases are non-bacterial, which means it's mostly nerves, but it sure feels like you're dying and suffering from some godawful disease of the nuts, etc.
TheJomogogo 1 year ago
@overdozerecords Everyone should be open to the idea that the condition is a chronic contraction...HOWEVER...please consider the idea that a chronic contraction could be interpreted as an infection, that the body is "guarding itself" against. When we have an injury, the body tenses the area as a protective reflex. I maintain that prostatitis is nearly always an infection of SOME sort. This was my personal experience, and was relieved successfully when I self-treated for yeast; NOT bacteria.
facelessfatloss 1 year ago
@facelessfatloss Hi. Could you tell me please what kind of treatment did you follow for the yeast?
oxk4r01 8 months ago
@oxk4r01 I'm doing another video in my series covering ionic silver very soon, which is what I use to take care of the yeast. It works for me, and in vitro testing is shown to be effective against fungal/yeast/candida issues. My pending video will also discuss a friend who used it to cut his PSA test in half, within two weeks. This was something I personally witnessed, so I will be reporting on it in that context. Ionic Silver, which I have a playlist of videos on, saved my butt big time.
