  • actually depends on the amount of weights used, you dont push your muscles really hard when your young, but is safe to do easy to moderate levels of intensity

  • yeah really, having a small waist is a good thing. check out arnold in the 70s, his waist was super slim. This guy tearexx has the body i'm going for, small waist big upper. having a small waist is not a feminine thing either, don't sweat it.

    s no guaqrantee for a bigger waist since most of it depends on genetics. I would not complain though
