  • Any one know if Zep plans on releasing a DVD of this concert?

  • robert is 63

  • Can't believe that they're almost 70 old.

    Seem like 70'

  • I met Jason last week in Dublin along with Glenn Hughers

  • sin duda los mejores

  • i kinda dont like the fact that the audience sings along, its better to leave it to plant to do the vocals

  • 24 people dont like rock music

  • @JOHNCAL225 24 people dont like music

  • Do I have to fucking say it?

    WHERE'S THE DVD, PLANT?

  • NEVER DIE

  • Where do I send money to again?? lol

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW WTF !! john is my fucking idol and this because I play guitar!!!!

  • Plant sounds shit man

  • @louisalive It's not Plant that sounds bad, it's the14 year old with the cracking voice.

  • @louisalive Ya, don't forget. He's in his 60's now. But he still did good.

  • @ibeliveification yeah look at stevie or neil young in there 60s, in fact mick jagger and jimmy cliff, they're still amazing

  • they all still got it!!!!!! and fucking jason rocked the shit out of that!

  • jason bonham

he kept the proud of led zeppelina alive

if the take a random drummer it woulnt have that energie

  • 24 like bad music

  • Bonzo's son is really fuckin' awesome on the drums too!

  • @Rockshift999 he really is man . If he were someone elses son he'd be even more appreciated . He is a powerhouse and a creative force

  • Wheres the DVD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • they need to release this on dvd

  • @c4662 like this

  • that runs in the fucking genes!!!

  • World Tour .... motherfuckers.... please... please...please... Tomorow Sir Paul Mccartney in Porto Alegre- Brasil :D I'll see ! uhullll ... :D

  • @TheBirasin yes. world tour please...and come to Indonesia, please

  • i read in the old days (from Hammer of the Gods book) that the goons who worked for Zeppelin (roadies) would keep an eagle eye out for anyone with a tape recorder or a video camera, and if they caught you taping the show, they would sneak up behind you and crack your skull and destroy your equipment and throw you out of the concert, a bloody pulp, mafia - style.

That was before things changed, to say the least. I have no idea if this is true, but read the book and see

  • @BeyondNeptune

At Oakland in 1977, Peter Grants 11 year old son was struck backstage by one of Bill Grahams officals before the show. Bonso saw it and gave the guy a kick in the balls. But when Grant heard it, him and a Zep henchman cornered the guy in a trailer and knocked him into space. If you fucked with Zeppelin, Peter Grant and his pals paid you a visit.

  • phantomphreak85 O_o Wut ? .. it is the John Bonham's sun on the drum ? ..

  • if only flipcams could tune out drunk concertgoers.....

  • Awsome......they are alive....and well.

  • @zephranna01 let the man rock

  • this isnt the first show they did together in 30 years

  • Essa música, fez parte de toda a minha vida. É o verdadeiro hino do Rock'N'Roll, a expressão máxima do rock. Jimmy Page e Robert Plant, estavam muito inspirados, no dia que compuseram, essa música, a maios obra prima do heavy metal.

  • great song

  • I think the auto focus on your camera is a bit poor.

  • The best!

  • @marwanrambo horseshit

  • Why wasn`t there a pro crew there to record this?

  • @mychem1914777 there was.

  • what type of marshalls does jimmy use?

  • @davay1 - he play on ORANGE ,not Marshall !

  • marshall 1959 plexis and od effects i think

  • They haven't changed since the 70s There still Awesome

  • Rock and roll!

  • The Rock n Roll spirit is dead.

But they have to pay their monthly bills too.

  • fuck i cant judge how jason is becuase this clip is shit

  • So when is the DVD coming out?

  • dont think much of pagey's playin

  • @JerrySmith2 Sorry But how can you judge his playing on this totally shite clip... Cant pick anything out .... good or bad. Your just assuming he is crap.

  • @JerrySmith2 How can you criticise Jimmy's playing from this poor sound quality??? I'd have a guess that you're clearly the best guitarist the world has ever seen so are obviously in a good position to be judging the skills of someone who has made millions by weilding his guitar... Douche.....

  • @shortyman687 thick dickhead

  • the best band in the world.....

  • far be it from me to tell the masters how to do things but I think they should have opened the show with this song. ..Been a long time since I rock and rolled!

  • Best decision was to tune down for Plant's voice...he sounds great as does the whole band

  • Best Rock Singer EVER!!!

    Keep it on Robert.

  • .....robert plant is the singer.

  • Robert Plant is the lead singer but I see what u mean.

  • i hope they make a DvD out of this performance if possible o.o

  • If it hasn't come out by now, I doubt we'll ever see it. It will soon be three years since this show. What the **** couild be the hold up?

  • @rodentcafeteria everything Page does takes entirely too long . He is a bit of a perfectionist. I'd say it'll get released evntually

  • That's the rock and roll show I'd love to see.

  • I wish these guys would just do a world tour already. Just one. I do believe that somewhere on this night, John Bonham was looking down and saying, "Well done chaps. Well done."

  • Jason went from shitting in diapers for his pops to change, to shitting out incredible drum solos his pops wouldn't chance.

Chip of the old block, as they say!

  • Led Zeppelin: Alpha and Omega of Rock and Roll music.

  • Jason Bonham FTW!!!!!!

that drum solo kicked ass!!!! he made daddy proud with that one!!

  • @phantomphreak85 i dont think much of him, very plodding and ordinary drummer. Nothing special about his playing, only that hes the son of the best

  • I's been a long time since i rock'n'rolled...

    Hell yeah it was!

  • well duh it was on his phone you cant just walk in with a big camera. you walk past the security check and theres a big lump in your chest what do you say?

  • hell yeah

  • them crooked vultures! go JPJ

  • jason banham rockin hard just like his dad

  • the older the better for these guys!!!!

  • 2:10 Epic Jump, Jimmy. XD

  • jajaj no shit, xD

  • Lol~ xD

  • lol he jumped 2 whole inches!!!

  • lol why is it that the video quality is way better on the old videos and crappy on the new ones.

  • Because they were professional videos.. There's too much movement on this too focus on it and it could have been on his phone.

  • im aGREE the music died with BONZO.

  • Stop using drugs, think about what you saying, before posting. This concert was without Bonzo and it was perfect.

  • Is it a bad idea when it's to raise money for a worthy cause and most fans are all but too happy to part with there money for this? I only wish I could have been there, even if Mr. Plant's vocal cords aren't as young as they used to be...I still love em' !

  • Plant,PAGE,J.Paul Jones & Bonham they are GREAT MUSICIANS & THEY ARE MONSTERS OF ROCK son unos GENIOS estos cabrones nohay un HARD ROCK O HEAVY como ellos

  • la voz casi no le ha cambiado en nada a robert plant

  • sueño con veerlos algun dia

    yeah!!!!!!!!!!!

  • cool video but you couldn´t focus better at the beginning?

  • I bet it was on Auto Focus

  • when you are on a concert you SING along, no matter if your good or bad! have you ever been to a concert??

  • Yeah Your Right,But When u making video why dont u just shut the fuck up

  • jason bonham - talk about a chip off the old block awesome drum solo at the end god wish zeppelin would reform

  • brilliant quality footage, well done to who ever recorded this. Though try consuming less drugs first.

  • Neil Diamond "Sweet Caroline" at Fenway Park, Boston, Mass.

Metallica "Master of Puppets" Toyota Center, Houston, Tx

Led Zeppelin "Rock & Roll" at 02 Arena London, England.

What do all these have in common? The largest assembled sing a long!!!

  • You forget Iron Maiden at any arena playing any song =P

  • this look like Jason Bonham on drums

  • sounds pretty good especially since its recoreded with a shitty mic. plant can still pull it off. i wish he would

  • i wonder if god had tickets to this show? if not, he was probably kicking himself for missing it.

  • well i know i'm kickin' myself bout not being there! so why the hell shouldn't he? xD

  • that is rock and roll

  • dayum jason pwned that ending. daddy would be proud :D

  • Hes right, it has been a long time since he's "rock and rolled"!

  • Has anyone heard of this show coming out on DVD and approx. when?

It would seem only fair that they put it out since there will be no reunion tour...

  • Do you know that he has actually got one of the widest ranges of any singer. I personally love it when he explores some of the lower parts of his voice - check out Blue Train - its melting stuff!!! He won't tour with Zep because he doesn't want all the pantomime and huge stadiums. He's really been enjoying smaller gigs that are more intimate...

  • and me too so that i can see and listen to the songs better !! it would be nice to have an official dvd of this spectacular night . i'll never forget it.

  • I concur....Blue Train is a cool tune.

  • EPIC

  • no jump from jimmy at 2.35 then.

  • ROCK AND ROLL!

  • The fact that Robert hasn't lost any of his vocal abilities brings good chills down my spine. Rock on now and forever Zeppelin

  • legon85,

I know right? its so awesome how his voice is still that high, I couldn't imagine him without the high voice.. he even looks older with a deeper voice with his beard and all

  • for a band from the 70s,and 30 years without releasing an album, its pretty fucking amazing how much people still listen to them, its like no other band after them has reached their level of greatness, they just had (have) too much talent

  • best band ever

  • mcintomney1988

"I love how Jason gave it his fucking all during his fathers last drum roll in the song, amazing! Also how Plant, Page and Jones faced him in the process because they knew"

i agree with you 100% man almost brought a tear to my eye,his father would be PROUD! and they all sound awesome and plan sounds really good for almost being 60! truly are gods!

  • That drummer is johns son? SWEET! =0

  • Man I saw Zeppelin 4 times. First when I was 13. Now I'm 49 and everytime they were awesome. But the qualitiy of this video is terrible. Or was the sound so bad at the concert ?

  • Comment removed

  • is john bonhams son the drummer

  • yes, it's jason bonham

  • Yep, Jason Bonham.

  • WOOOO ZEPPELIN WOOOO...LOL @ Jimmy kicking his leg up when he's supposed to jump, coz if you look at every other video of rock n roll he jumps in the last chorus after robert says "baby where i come from" but here he just kicks up his leg :D

  • does anbody know what kind of les paul Jimmy Page is using for this song

  • was everyone there an original member except the drummer?

  • the drummer is Bonham's son.

  • I suggest you dont sing along with it

  • Don´t sing along? He was at a Led Zepp Gig! How can u suggest that? Your prick!

  • There are many many of us who desperately want a DVD of this night. Please let it happen before we die.

  • Dude you speak the hard truth, a DVD of this night would complete everything I live up to LOL. Having a DVD of Dec 10, 2007 would be the best DVD ever and would make them even more of Billionaires than they already are.

  • dont dis plant, hes afraid of dissapointing the crowd, which in my opinion is totally irrational, he proabbbly will give in one day soon, hopefully

  • they still sound amazing

too bad i wouldnt even be able to afford tix anyway if they were to tour =[

LED ZEPPELIN IS THE BEST FUCKING BAND EVER

  • All of these O2 clips have dreadful

    quality audio & video.

Not worth playing - sorry such a dissapointment.

  • The good thing is that they've actually filmed the entire thing. The bad thing is that they really didn't put up any info about when they were going to release the DVD

  • Ya but plant is being really subbern he would rather be a country singer lol does that sound like plant for teh 70's i dont think so he turned into a suttbrn old man page is of drugs and looks happier page has changed alot but his playing is even better than before:D

  • Why can't people accept the fact that Robert Plant is doing what he wants with HIS career and has no interest in attempting to step back in time (30 years ago) to satisfy those who didn't get to see Zeppelin in their prime? (I did and they were fuckin' awesome)!!

  • Well now he's a blues singer and since the death of Bonzo he said that "Zeppelin could no longer exist".Plus he liked Blues more then Rock N Roll from the very beginning so now he finally lives his dream for being the top selling blues singer of the year.

  • Hopefully a DVD of this show will be released - as a primer for some more live shows. A tour??? IDK about that.

  • i think it,s all a ploy a diversion to get the fans wanting more and more dont forget they had the best manager peter grant he knew how to motivate !!!!!!!!!you know what i mean!!dont give up

  • they seem a bit nervous. a abit stiff. plant and page dont see eye to eye. pity cause when they played in 98 they were on fire

  • led zep will always be the mighty hammer of the gods but when john died so did zep.they will always be an influence and inspiration to play music for millions of kids growing up. thats why my first kit was ludwig vista lite orange. he was the best. hands down. r.i.p. john bonham. i named my son after you mathew bonham saavedra who plays drums.

  • Rick Allen has the biggest hearth ever !

even the loss of his arm diddent stop him !!

  • The sad thing is that they anounced that they are done. There not going to play anymore.Led Zeppelin Lives.

  • robert plant se la rifo!!!! LED ZEPPELIN MEXICO!!!

  • I don't care what anyone says, Robert Plant is the ONLY voice for Led Zeppelin. Same goes for each and every member of the band. There is no replacing them. Thats why they stopped playing after John Bonham's tragic death. I feel bad for Plant, though. His child died, he lost his carefree spirit long ago in a car accident, and the drummer died. He couldn't take it. But i think he needs to get past that and start jamming with Zeppelin again. they need him. Hell, I NEED HIM!!! AAAHH!!!

  • I Wounder if jimmy Page was on CHIVA during this 02 Reunion GIG?

  • dang a recorder like this, aint even close to their 70s recorder and this is more modern too!

  • Hey, you people are bullshitin'. Plant is one and only, 3 days ago he was choosen for the best rock singer in the world. His voice is so good and powerfull, and no one can replace him. PLANT AND PAGE - THE BEST!!!

  • seeing them act like they did 30 years ago is just insane.

Jimmy your an inspiration to me!!! i cant wait to see you tour... i will give up my right hand to see you in concert.

  • no darle a estos maestros cinco estrellas five stars es un pecado para todo aquel que se diga fanático del rock Led Zeppelin forever

  • Ita all good!

  • he dated a classmate of yours??? Yeeeah, right. :-p

  • f-ing tour already! im going insane here :S

everytime im tired and ready to go to bed i end up listening to some zeppelin and then i can't sleep :/

  • dude i flied from south america

  • I hope they put this on video like they did the Song Remains the Same vid.

  • Jason did his dad, PROUD!

  • man u went there all the way from the states? lucky bastard

  • im not a gruopie but what are we going to do when the older rockers start dying sad days

  • i hate to sound negitive i love zepp i can remember taking the plastic off my new presence album in late 1970's but jason isnt as good as his dad was i can hear it but he is great

  • yes he isnt the same.. but a technically more proficient drummer... the solo is very crisp and precise, something john bonham had difficulty with (no doubt the drugs and alcohol contributed to this!)

  • He was trained by his father, so I'm going to guess that he's closer to where his father would have liked to have been, and perhaps even would have been minus the chemicals, than where he actually was. But it's so hard to say. We can't replay John Bonham's life with alterations to find out. It's also a different era, with different expectations and demands. Plus, the Zepplin legend and mythos has only grown in the meantime, perhaps pressuring Jason to be a lot closer to perfect.
