I remember hearing that music after killing the second of both striders during the rooftop battle in chapter "Follow Freeman".

It plays when you kill the antlion guard in sand traps or when you kill every strider walking in follow freeman and when you meet a few more striders in follow freeman orbifold lg plays

Plays at the end of the climactic battle on the ruins of a building next to the horse monument and sounds rather anticlimactic. This track doesn't give you the feeling of accomplishment. After escaping the death trap of three striders, a gunship and a bunch of Combine soldiers, Anticitizen One restlessly presses on, only to realize that no reinforcements will come to carry on with the pursuit. The time has come to leave the uprising behind and continue where no one else dares set their foot.

@rainbowsix1998 not at the downed chopper you probbably don't read my comment when you destroy the chpper in hl2 you hear the same thing like when you ecounter the antilion guard a hl1 suspense instead. this plays when you destroy the last strider in "follow freeman" in front of the citedael :P

Apparently, it is also heard after you destroy the Hunter-Chopper in Water Hazard, hence "Hunter Down"
