Are people who are saying Ne-Yo is flat here tone-deaf? Psychology speaking most likely. Medically speaking, I cannot say. I think you would have to learn music theory that flats and sharps are pretty much relative. Depends on what state of mind you hear music. R&B is famous for many sharps and flats.

My conclusion: Opinions are like eyeballs. Everyone at least has two. And in the end, it is okay. Ne-Yo's talent is apparent and that is why he is selling records or his music being downloaded.
