@TheGarcia350 i know why cant people just use ingame glitches, or play normally, i mean big deal u can make a a dragon or, create another game chara in tes4 i.e. alex mercer or whatever, imean i play it on ps3 n my guy only using ingame glitches can own, but i do like challenges, the only glitches i used are dup, perminant, im gona use the peintbrush glitch to hang stuff up in my house lol

It's really not that bad. If you download one you don't like... just delete it. From the looks of it, it appears you had a bad experience with a mod that turned out to be something you did not like... or hated rather. Trust me, give the mods a chance and you might like them. In the end, it's your choice.

- uninstall the game and throw it away

- install MODS and experience new things and have some more fun

you need to activate the .esp when you play.

I don't have Oblivion on this laptop, so I can't make a video really.

The entrance bridge into Bravil, if you head left of that, along the moat towards the coast, you'll find the building. Its made out of canvas's and pieces of wood, so it doesn't show up from that far away really.

it looks like u have a low framerate, not the graph's actually, they are nice, just when u move it slows down a bit. (btw lag is only in online games, offline thy call it something else, made same mistake too, not that it make much sense :P)
