the second heatsink doesn't mean you got the falcon they added another heatsink for cooling it for GPU chip.... ALL XBOX MODELS HAVE ANOTHER HEATSINK... Falcons and Jaspers have a Different Cpu heatsink... its twice bigger then the regular CPU heatsink...

hey. my xbox broke in november. i got a new 1 =D but i dont exacty know if its falcon n shit. i have that extra Heatsink. but it gets warmer then my previous Xbox. i feel a lill warm on top of current 1. while my old 1 was same as room temp. and i still use my 203Watt brick.

Dont use your 203w brick, use the 175 and the heat would be normal

really, where did u get ur new 360? in a store or online, was it new or used?

if u use a 203watt brick on a falcon, it will burn after a long time use

i got a new 1 from Microsoft. only a 360. notheng more no cables/stuff and i saw that it was another. firsst MF date: 10-2006 2nd MF date 9-2008. i have that extra heatsuink what i first didnt had. i dunno but it gets even warmer then my old.

your new 1 is getting warmer than the old 1 because ur using the old brick, same thing happend to my friend, he got a new 1 from Microsoft without anything, u should call microsoft and tell them u need a new power brick because u have extended warranty

so the thig you say is the second cooler (or whatever) is that red thing?

basically that little thing is the bolt that holds down the second heat sink
