It's called having a slow computer. Either use a faster graphics card that has the beef with SM2.0/SM3.0 or use a fast processor and use the software mode renderers.
@hentaiseeker A Pentium M with 1GB RAM and ATI X700 Mobile was good enough to capture all my other videos. Now a E8400, 4GB RAM and 9600GT still yields the same results. The problem doesn't lie with my computer, it is something that is specific to this tech that makes it ultra laggy when being video captured.
Don't come at me with, upgrade to a "i7-980, 12GB RAM and a GeForce GTX-580" because I won't and I'm not going to throw money away senselessly.
