If it is the same lift, it is hard to see but there is a red from the center judge. Even though the Arnold event brought in lifters from around the world, it was still considered a local meet until 2006.

The microphone was on the Digital Video Camera that did the filming. However it was a $2500 camera so I would guess the mic is of good quality.
