I have 1st gen 360 with kernel 7357.

I did a dump of the fuses and the NAND back when I first tried the KingKong exploit. Can I use that Nand dump for anything?

You can do the JTAG hack, but there are no rebooter images for large-block NANDs yet.

If it's that big of an if, I could probably start looking around on ebay for boxes that are already JTAGed. If not, then buying a banned box would probably be my best bet unless they updated it off a disc. I could always ask though.

HDCP is a protectioon they used for hdmi content, so that no one could do something like saving videos and distributing and that kind of shits.

Ur probably using a hdmi to dvi to a pc screen, u must have a screen with hdcp chip, or it will give that error.

I also have hdmi to dvi, my screen has hdcp, but i also had that problem with only 1 video, the rest plays just fine...

ps: Also some very old first hdmi tv's doesnt have hdcp chip so you wont be able to play 1080 p content in them...
