It's now January 2011 and Ernie's music still rotates on the CD player in my kitchen.

There are some things that time can never change, some things that life can never rearrange - like music that plays on and on somewhere in the world, long after an artist is gone.

Remembering Ernie.

It's hard to believe that three months ago he

"danced" on a radio tour from station to station, and in June he was gone. When I read his words "your comment makes me strong for next songs", and after hearing the two last songs he recorded "Sad Moments" and "Back To The Roots", I'd love to shower Ernie Oldfield with the most beautiful roses on earth. "ROSES" by Jim Reeves on my "Favorites" is my dedication to him and the entire Team of WIR & JOY.
