@emicrack86 The quattro awd system only adds weight and does nothing for acceleration in a race like this with a rolling start. From a standing start the rs6 should be faster off the line. Also, they both start at the same time as you can see at :11 sec. The m5 is maybe 3 feet ahead and the race has started.

Look at the old RS6 for example. 50 horsepower more then BMW ( RS6 = 450PS, M5 E39 = 400PS), but the M5 is faster in acceleration 100 to 250km/h.
BMW have always been fast at high-speed acceleration in comparision to the competition who usually are better at 0 to 100km/h acceleration.

Audi my fucking ass!! Audis are so fucking heavy!! so im not surprised that the RS6 with its 2050KG lost againest the M5. the M5 is rear wheel drive wich means that all the 506HP is going to the rear unlike the quattro system which sends 60% of power to the front and 40% to the rear which is a fucking waste of power.
So the M5 has all the advantages to smoke the ra6. Shame on Audi they still can't take on the M5 which is 4 years older than the M5. Audi = shit

we did it from 50 to save clutch, tires, ETC ETC... 0,1 sec. is the diff. it would have been close... but in the end there is more than 0,1 sec in difference.... so the BMW wins 1-0.... YS the owner of the M5.....
