I do a lot of troughers at work the older one have a different color set up were 2 red and 2 blue are used for each pair of lamps so i just drop the sockets out and relocate them to match the new colors your fixture is crisscross wired.
Never mind that the magnetic ballasts last many times longer than electronic ballasts. And instant start ballasts are DEATH to bipin fluorescent lamps.
Mr. Grand, When following the instructions on my video, it is not necessary to shunt the bi-pin sockets because one ballast wire connects to both of the wires coming out of each bi-pin socket. This 3 wire connection automatically shunts the socket. Thanks for your comment and thanks for watching my video.
