He should have had a mento band like Blue Glaze or the Jolly Boys back him up instead of the Wailers. Somehow the Blaring rock guitar which is neither country nor reggae just really ruined it for me. If you're gonna do reggae-country....take it back to the Johnny Cash and Charlie Pride vibe and put in a horn section, just keep the guitars crisp unless you have a proper slide.
