Just be yourself. If people don't like to hear your voice then they can simply MUTE the sound smile. LIFE IS TOO SHORT to pls others with the tone/sound of your voice that you were born with! Just control it in meetings etc. BTW are you in Dallas? Im in SW Lubbock.
